She is very knowledgeable of every aspect of the procedures and the insurance billing, plus she can explain it thoroughly. Thank you for employing such a personable and knowledgeable young lady. Have always had a comfortable experience all the years that I have been going to Dr Rosales. Him and his his whole staff is awesome, and his dental hygienist Jade is the best!! Never have I ever requested to have a particular hygienist until I had Jade last year.

My 2 girls and I were sick and you guys were able to work with us and reschedule. I have been a patient for almost a decade.. maybe a decade exact now?.. and I would not want to change my dentist because I trust Dr. Ben and the team and I am very comfortable with you all. When I see you guys for my teeth cleaning I feel at home. Now I am glad you guys are cleaning both my girl's teeth and we will continue to see you guys for a long time!

My experience has been nothing but 5 star. From the efficency of the office staff from my office wait time, scheduling appts to reminders ahead of time. I had an emergent tooth abscess that the office and Dr Rosales accomodated me so I can be pain fee. Needless to say that I had a fear of going to the dentist to the point I was having palpitations and I could not stand the needles, to hearing the sound of the drill in my mouth. OMG Dr Rosales was so gentle I did not feel anything. He made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. Even when I am getting my teeth cleanings, he comes over and does an examination himself to seeing whether I have any concerns. The Dental hygienist- gentle Jane. Dr. Rosales has been our family dentist for many years. First it was me and my husband, but after a year we also moved our boys from their pediatric dentist. Dr. Rosales is very competent and caring doctor. His staff is professional, very pro-active, and always very friendly.

I look forward to keep my dental appointment. From the front desk staff to the back office staff, and from the hygienist to the dentist, they are all very nice. They all made me feel welcome and they are happy to see me. My hygienist, Ms. Jade, made me feel so comfortable that while she is cleaning my teeth, I want to go sleep. She is very thorough in cleaning my teeth and gives good and healthy advise on how to care for my teeth and gum. Dr. Rosales is a very nice and caring doctor. He made sure he checked my teeth and gum thoroughly. I am very blessed that my co-worker Ms. Mendoza referred me to Dr. Rosales. I had been a patient of their office for over 5 years and I intend to stay as a patient in their office long term.

The quality of service I received is excellent, the office staff and dental assistant were excellent. This was my second visit on a path to better oral health, The dentist was even able to save a tooth from a root canal. Headhpone, eye shades were provided graciously so you will be comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist

Very close to my house so I don’t have to travel far get there. The staff is very friendly. My cleaning and exam took only an hour. My hygienist was very personable and outgoing. Dr Rosales threw in free xrays to check up on some spots he noticed from the previous X-rays. He prescribed me a medicated toothpaste to use at home to prevent future decay.

Dr. Rosales happens to be a friend of mine. I have known him since I have met him and his wife in church. Dr. Rosales gave me excellent during my visit on December 1, 2018. I came in needing a checkup and professional cleaning. It has been two years since I have had my dental checkup. I appreciate that Dr. Rosales took the time to assess my situation concerning my teeth. I liked wearing the shades he provided me during the cleaning. I also liked how he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. He assured me that if my mouth was getting sore in a certain position, I was allowed a break from an uncomfortable position. Dr. Rosales has good communication skills, while performing the checkup. He wants to make sure the patient is at ease. During the procedure, I barely felt any pain with my teeth and mouth. Some of my previous dentists were quite rough getting the procedure done. I thank Dr. Rosales and his staff for your kindness and consideration.

The reason I changed doctor was because the prev doctor's front desk was not respectful and not friendly at all. At some point I didnt feel comfortable with the doctos too. Dr. Rosales and his staff are amazing! They are very friendly, knowledgable, and caring. I had dental problems and major discomfort with my gums for a few years. I went through a few dentists who didnt find any problems and kept telling me i was fine, and i was starting to believe that maybe i was crazy, but Dr. Rosales and Jade were able to tell me what the issue was and help me. Jade is great, she made me feel comfortable when i was clearly anxious about getting a deep cleaning. Im so glad i was recommended to them because my gums feel so much better after almost two years of pain. They are trustworthy and i highly reccommend them!

After years of searching for the perfect dentist and staff, I finally found them and they are right down the street from where I live. I am a 58 year old woman with severe dentist anxiety. Dr ROSALES from day one has been direct, kind, patient and a great listener. We laid out a plan and he offers the best plan at a cost I can afford. He also uses dental sedation safely and has made it possible for me to keep the teeth I have and ensure that I won’t need a full set of dentures. His assistant and receptionist are kind, warm and on top of things!!!!

Everything is excellent with Dr Rosales's care and his office staff. I'm very happy with the overall experience and quality of work. However, I do miss the spotify tunes we had previously enjoyed as I have an aversion to extended radio commercials while my teeth are worked on
