I felt respected. That is big for me. The receptionist was very friendly and happy and she was extremely helpful when researching information about my insurance and my future dental needs. My daughter felt comfortable and she was able to watch the television while I received a cleaning. Dr Rosales and his staff are very friendly and thorough. I also appreciated how the receptionist worked to get Zora and my appointment on the same day and time. Thank you!

My recent experience was great. It was the total opposite of what I've experience from my first appointment. Dr. Rosales was thorough and was not rough. He made the procedure easy and gentle. He was also very attentive on checking in with me if some parts of my teeth he was cleaning feels sensitive.

I ways very pleased with my visit to Mr. Rosales’ office. I was able to be attended the same day I went in, the staff is extremely friendly ,welcoming, and helpful. I went in for a cleaning and X-Rays, I was taken very well care of. The location was close to home and making an appointment is easy. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Rosales is an excellent dentist and cares about his patients. He always follow up with his patients after performing procedures to make sure they are feeling OK. My experience with Dr. Rosales is he's very professional and has a lot of experience. I had an implant done last year and he made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. The procedure was painless and my implant looks real good.

I was long overdue for a dental visit and the staff here was polite , and helpful and made what I thought was going to be an awkward experience very comfortable . I had a cleaning and was given an overall checkup . I will recommend this dentist to friends, and was very satisfied with the quality of care.

It was overall a great experience, the gentleman that took me in was thorough with his work and great at explaining and showing me what preventative measures I can take, to better take care of my teeth and gums. As well the two receptionist were nice and explained everything to me. I look forward to coming back in the near future as well as bringing my family. Thank you to everyone at Dr. Benjamin Rosales DDS. And thank you Dr. for going over my X-rays with me and explaining how we should go about what I need done.

Dr. Benjamin Rosales in Pinole is a 5-star dentist. He explains what he is doing, he makes recommendations (with pictures) and discusses options and alternatives. He bargains with the insurance company. He is not the kind who pushes you into choosing something you need. His staff is super-friendly. If I were the kind of person who enjoys visiting dentist office his is the one I would enjoy visiting.

I have been to many dentists throughout the years , but Doctor B hands down is the best. Excellent Technical skills , friendly and professional. Front end staff is great, they always take the time to help me out. The hygienists are great , they know what there doing. Very satisfied with the services of Dr. Rosales and his team. I had an excellent cleaning on Nov. 19 and am now in the midst of a crown placement., The first stage was very efficiently and painlessly performed this week. Looking forward to the completion stage on November 27. I appreciate all of the advance information about costs and the careful explanation of what is occurring during the procedures. My dentist of over 30 years recently retired and I am very happy to have found Dr. Rosales.
