The class was very fun and informative. I learned everything I needed to know and more. The teacher made it a very fun environment. Whenever I need to be certified I definitely will go back. I got my certification the same day which was amazing!! I recommend everyone to go!!!

The instructor was very knowledgeable and added information that is not on the video. This definitely made it worth going to this specific class versus another. Also, since I needed the certification ASAP, it really was great to get the certification card at the end of the class.

I strongly recommend the CPR Training Seminar to the health care provider as well as individuals because they have an excellent instructor who makes sure the students understand the importance of the CPR and perform it correctly. CPR Training Seminar management is organized and caring.

The 5 hours just flew by! Practising on the dummies was more fun than I expected. our instructor AJ was very personable and answered all of our questions. I recommend the combination CPR/ AED ? Basic First Aid course for any non-medical person. You never know when you might need to save somebody.

I have been a Physical Therapist for 34 years so have attended many CPR classes. I would rank this as the best CPR class that I have taken. It was easy to sign up for, very well organized with a well equipped and comfortable class room. I loved that I could take BART and that I had just a short walk to the class. The best part, however, was the instructor, JP. He was knowledgeable, organized and was able to teach with a knowledge base that came from experience. When he instructed, you knew he had experienced first hand, what he was teaching. He was enthusiastic and made sure we knew what we were doing and did it correctly. I felt like I came away really knowing how to do CPR, having just been instructed by someone who had done it himself, many times. Thank you. I have already recommended you to colleagues.

Well organized. Our instructor JP was clear and concise in his instructions. Good balance between lecture and practice and good use of media. I would definitely recommend this course to friends.

This was a great beginning class. All instructions were clear and the instructor was helpful, especially in answering my unique questions relating to my strength limitations. The only drawback was that the weather was cold and the heater for the classroom was broken.

I went to this location for a First Aid class. I chose this place because they offer American Heart Association certification, which I know is a legitimate certification source. The class began on time and the way it was organized made everything very easy to understand. My card was issued right after the class was over. Easy access to the place, neat clean room, concise information, constructive, no time wasting plus easy online registration and flexible cancellation policy make this place a 5 star place.

Great classroom setting. JP was extremely knowledgeable and an awesome teacher. He taught us tips to remembering anything, in addition to troubleshooting anything that may go wrong. Valuable lessons, plus free tea and chewy bars!

Excellent Instructor (Jean Paul ). Very skilled in imparting serious CPR knowledge in an easy to understand and remember approach. The class is small and the facility clean and inviting for learning. Big plus : you get your BLS card before you leave the room following succesful completion of your written exam. Highly recommended.

Great class! It was short, to the point and very hands on! I learnt just as much in this 3 hour course as I did last time I took it at red cross. Red cross was 6 hours though. They were very knowledgeable and kind. They even had tea, coffee and snacks for us during our break. The only thing I didn't like and this was through no fault of the company was the parking. I went to the location in Berkeley. It is very close to the downtown Bart station so you can easily commute on public transit.
