The class was well organized, started on time and we were finished within 3 hrs - including taking the test, there was ample time, space and models to practice with, supervision was very good and timely comments were provided, the cost was acceptable, the soda break was unexpected (and appreciated), I walked out with my card in hand and feel that my skills and knowledge have been renewed and updated. GREAT Class ! !

Teacher is knowledgeable, always offering advice not mentioned in videos. Class was simple to find, register for and and receiving the certificate/card on same day is especially helpful.

I would recommend this class to anyone needing a CPR and/or first aid class. It was very well run, low stress and informative. Nice location too.

It was wonderful and very informative. The instructor was approachable for questions and answered them thoroughly. This makes it almost impossible to fail the class. I highly recommend it...esp Jake the instructor

It was great. I really appreciated that I wasn't charged for having to reschedule. It also helped that there were so many classes to chose from in all the different locations. The information was easy to learn and my instructor was enjoyable.

My class with AJ was excellent! This was my first time learning about CPR/AED/First-Aid, and I gained so much from the experience! A very engaging and supportive atmosphere, and my teacher's humor, bits of trivia, and activities really helped time fly! I would recommend this course to anyone needing it! :)

Every two years I am required to update my CPR certification. I was delighted to find that I could take the class at a location nearby, and at a very convenient date/time. The American Heart Associatio affiliation was was reassuring, and the price was fair. Best of all, the instructor waswas great! He covered all the essentials in a skilled and highly effective way. This was far and away the best CPR class I have ever taken.

I came in with a great deal of anxiety and right away, the instructor took the time to calm me and get me focused for the ACLS code part. In the end, I actually knew more than I thought I did and that was, in large part, due to her council. Thanks for a fantastic experience!!

I have been taking First-Aid/CPR classes since the early 80s and by far this was the best CPR class that I have attended. I feel more confident than ever. Being within short walking distance from the Bart Station in downtown Berkeley was a +plus.

The instructor was prompt in starting class, professional. We all got to practice techniques, and the videos were very informative. My daughter and I both enjoyed the class, and now we feel more confident about going on outings with, and being able to care for, a recently injured friend.

The class was a good experience, I have done the CPR class before but the instructor inform us that rules of CPR has change and I am glad she had told us. The instructor Karen was a good and pleasant instructor, she knew her material and was good to teach the class.

Every aspect of this training was 5 star....myself and 2 staff members needed pediatric first aid and cpr, and I was confused as so many courses are offered. I emailed Charles and he got right back to me. I was able to use Living Social vouchers, which were an amazing value. Sandy Weeks was very personable and knowledgeable and made the 8 hr. day fly by. Coming from Napa we had many choices for location as 2 of us live in other communities. Pleasant classrom, friendly support staff, spotless restrooms, and the coffee, drinks, and snacks were greatly appreciated. Cards in hand, our licensing requirements met, we were a happy group at the end of the day. Thank You, Thank You! We will refer your company to others, and will be back in 2 years. Very informative, time well spent.

The Berkeley CPR Class was well organized and very informative. Checking in and out was easy, and the CPR cards were ready the same day which was nice. The instructor, JP, was informative and gave plenty of time between instruction and the video for hands on practice. The free granola bars and water/tea/coffee/soda was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this class to others and when I have to recertify.
