From the first enquiry to actually buying the vehicle the service was excellent Laura knew everything about the vehicle i was looking for and her help was brilliant even though it was raining it didn't stop her enthusiasm to make sure I made the right choice. Helped me to select the car of my dreams. Provided high quality services for me. Finance obtained via prime lending body which is a bit high. This ls however understandable.

Customer Rep is a very accurate description. I felt we were dealt with in a friendly but efficient manner. Having set up an appointment we were greeted straightaway and looked after every step of the way. All options were fully explained and no pressure was applied to complete the sale. Craig explained the company keeps their own profit margins small with a high turnover which ultimately benefits the customer. Another plus is the large stock to choose from.

The two sales people that served me were very helpful and courteous. The car was as described and we are pleased with the purchase. Will use them again!

First viewed car with Andrew S and trainee Toby, both very professional and no attempt to sell the car to me. Second visit met with Zee who took me for test drive, again no pressure selling techniques answered my questions and articulately demonstrated some of the features. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending b.m.w to anyone looking for a relaxing, professional and enjoyable buying experience.

Excellent and not much more than manheim

Went to get a replacement car for my son as the first car had a fault on it the service from Laura was great she was so patient with my son and understanding This was at the Maidstone branch witch is run very proper however Canterbury branch is a different experience it always takes certain I staff to put a dark cloud on a company the name of grant the manager he was unhelpful wen my sons car went wrong he didn't want to no how could some one like that be a manager But as I said it takes one bad egg to spoil a company name but when Ching the manager at Maidstone stepped in he saved the day and got my son into a car with no faults it was a real pleasant experience I was so impressed that I bought a car for the wife On collecting my car we was approached by a man who asked how was the service I told him of my experience with Canterbury and grant and he was shocked I no now that he was the owner and has taken the problem very seriously It has now been resolved and we are very happy with both cars thanks to Ching and Laura thanks

Having recently dealt with other big names in the motor retail section and reviving poor customer service I wasn't looking forward to dealing with yet another big name in the motoring world but I found Big Motoring World to be 100% helpful from start to finish and even after the sale I've found them to be helpful, the sales rep I who I was consulting with was perfect, very helpful, talked me through all steps and once he had finished with me on the day whilst I was waiting for my new car he kept checking back on me and my family. So a really good exp and I would be more than happy to go back in the future
