I came in looking for a Bmw x5 and was seen by Laura who was very friendly and very helpful. She is not your tipical sales person. she is really nice and easy to talk to which makes you feel relaxed and makes you want to buy from her. I Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Adrian was absolutely fantastic, really nice person and not at all pushy, he left us alone to have a look at what I wanted and saw I was struggling to make up my mind so asked me a few questions about what it was I was looking for he then disappeared and came back with a list of 4 cars one of which I was drawn straight to and then done the deal with Adrian. Fantastic service and so easy to deal with. I would have no hesitation at all about recommending BMW to all my friends and family. Thank you Adrian and BMW

Good experience , very good and attentive salesperson , he is a good asset to your company. I would have wanted more attention in the aftersale part. I had to find lots of things by searching online i.e. that the car does have an MOT etc All in all , a good car and I really hope you will be delivering the same customer service going forward. Adrian, the salesperson I dealt with was very friendly and after arriving to test drive a car which had been sold he did his utmost to ensure I didn't have a wasted trip.

Selection of cars: (10/10) Great! They only had 1 car we wanted out of the 1000's they stocked but it was the only garage we saw nationally that had the car we wanted (bmw 320d x drive m sport manual in estorilla blue = rare to find). The car being an ex dealership car also had so many additional extras which was an amazing bonus. Quality and service: (10/10) Based on the historic reviews on big motoring world we were apprehensive about buying from them but I noted the bad reviews were from years ago so we gave them a chance. At big motoring world we dealt with Arfat Khan and our overall experience of the quality and service of the cars and sales team was excellent! Arfat was genuinely interested in our requirements and went out of his way every time to answer our queries (we had a lot of questions!) in full and to contact us back promptly. If the rest of the sales team are like him, they have a fantastic team! Price: (10/10) Extremely competitive. The only other realistic competitor was motor point but they weren't ex dealership cars (ie the best 2nd hand cars to buy) and didn't have the extras in the car that we saw at big motoring world and were also more expensive. Motor point also try to craftily take non refundable deposits/payments from you whilst on the phone whereas Arfat at big motoring world was honest and refused to take a holding deposit on the car (subject to Rac inspection) because they were waiting for the car to be serviced before they had taken delivery of it. Instead he verbally agreed to hold the car reserved for us which he honoured.

The thing i liked most about the sevice we received was at no time were we pressured into anything. We were given time and privacy to look around after adrian showed us the vehicle types we were interested in. The car pretty much sold itself to be honest but all the options for extras were presented to us and we were left alone to decide what suited us. Collection was nice and easy. Ive bought lots of cars in my time but when its time to upgrade again. Bm world will definately be our 1st port of call. Cheers adrian. Mr and mrs reynolds
