They arrived exactly on time! The crew got to work immediately and took out everything requested. The work was done in an extremely hot attic. I would recommend them to everyone who needs hauling and removal of unwanted boxes, home goods, debris etc… very professional and all were excellent at what they do !! They were also fun, funny and most of all kind and helpful!!

The process for setting up the appointment was simple. Got a price quote within minutes of sending a picture of items to be picked up. They called me thirty minutes prior to arrival time. I couldn’t be happier with the service from Black Diamond. I was continually kept abreast as far as the time the movers would be arriving which was appreciated. Fred and Billy were efficient and extremely careful moving a large entertainment unit, two armchairs, and a sofa. They even helped me reconnect my television cable. I would definitely use your services again and will recommend you to others.

I am so happy I drove by a sign advertising BDJ Removal. I recently moved to a new house and had a bunch of junk to remove. The team was professional and gave a very fair price quote. They also worked efficiently and left the place extremely clean. When I moved out of my old house, I used the national You've Got Junk chain and was not at all impressed - I felt I was price gouged because they charged "surcharges" based on categories of information and they also refused to take a whole host of items. BDJ Removal, on the other hand, had no issue with taking anything from my home. I will be using this local company in the future and recommending BDJ Removal to anyone with junk removal needs.

Fred and Brandon were excellent in their professionalism, quality of work and personal demeanor.
