Before setting an appointment, they were upfront about pricing and how they compare to their competitors. They kept me informed about timing on the day of the appointment, and they arrived firmly within the time window agreed upon. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and thorough. Would definitely hire them again for any removal needs I have in the future.

All three categories are getting a five star review from me. The quality of work was top-notch. Fred and Brendon were fantastic! They went above and beyond for me with no complaints and were very friendly and kind and courteous. Black Diamond was my third estimate and I wish it had been my first. The price was well within reasonable. When I get my next project done, I’ll have them back to finish removing the rest of my junk. Thanks, guys. It was a pleasure. I almost forgot to let you know they were on time and called before they came. Much appreciated.

I received an immediate response and appointment for quote within 12 hrs from my request. That day an appointment was set for the following Tuesday. The 3 gentlemen that arrived at my house, Fred, Brandon,and Billy were the most professional people I've had the pleasure of working with for a long time. They were prompt, polite, and efficient. From beginning to end this was the company I've worked with in a long time. Responsiveness, quality of work, and price were A++. I highly recommend BlackDiamond. You will not be disappointed.

Tucker, Billy and Joe were wonderful. They called 20 minutes before they arrived and went right to work marking what I needed removed. They worked quickly and had all my stuff loaded within an hour. I highly recommend!
