Fred and Brandon were excellent in their professionalism, quality of work and personal demeanor. I look forward to using their services again when I get more organized in what needs to be removed and donated. Today's job was done with the most ease and fluidity that I could hope for and taken care of completely. The team called when they were 15 minutes away, which I really appreciated. What nice young gentlemen!

I have used Black Diamond on three separate occasions ranging from a shed teardown / removal to an estate clean out. Each time the team was prompt and team members exceedingly courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Before setting an appointment, they were upfront about pricing and how they compare to their competitors. They kept me informed about timing on the day of the appointment, and they arrived firmly within the time window agreed upon. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and thorough. Would definitely hire them again for any removal needs I have in the future.

They went above and beyond for me with no complaints and were very friendly and kind and courteous. Black Diamond was my third estimate and I wish it had been my first. The price was well within reasonable. When I get my next project done, I’ll have them back to finish removing the rest of my junk. Thanks, guys. It was a pleasure. I received an immediate response and appointment for quote within 12 hrs from my request. That day an appointment was set for the following Tuesday. The 3 gentlemen that arrived at my house, Fred, Brandon,and Billy were the most professional people I've had the pleasure of working with for a long time. They were prompt, polite, and efficient. Tucker, Billy and Joe were wonderful. They called 20 minutes before they arrived and went right to work marking what I needed removed. They worked quickly and had all my stuff loaded within an hour. I highly recommend!
