Ellen was very patient with me, I had a lot of questions and she answered every question or would find out the answer for me. I have never booked a trip with Brentwood Travel before, but I had priced the trip I wanted with 2 different travel agencies. I decided to book with Brentwood because I liked the way Ellen treated me. She had patience and was very considerate. I hope I have a good experience with Brentwood.

Juile Skrainka put together an amazing trip for us! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and wanted a special trip. Julie made several suggestions, gave us literature on different options and in the end we decided on an amazing cruise through Italy and Croatia. Julie communicated every detail and discussed all of our options so that when we arrived everything went so smoothly! She had great suggestions for hotels in Venice. We discuss several different cruise lines and itineraries and although we made the final decisions, Julie presented great options and suggestions. She was organized, thorough and extremely helpful! We loved every day of our trip and are so appreciative of Julie and her advice. When she delivered our travel folder it contained all of the needed details, plane tickets, travel advice, cruise documents, insurance info - everything that we needed! We are so appreciative of Julie and all of her services! Cannot wait to book another trip!

I wanted to thank Ashley Curry for helping us set up such a spectacular trip to Alaska. We can't say enough about our trip and Holland America. The ship was great and the upgraded room so comfortable. We had a bathroom you could actually have two people in without stepping on each other. We also were so appreciative of the time Ashley took giving us such wonderful gifts on board the ship. There were three couples and we were able to celebrate with the champagne, the wonderful drink packages, beautiful dinners, and the great cookbook she gave us. The excursions Ashley recommended were top notch and we were certainly not disappointed with any of them. Holland America was with us each step of the way letting us know exactly where and when we needed to be especially on the land portion I also liked the recommendation of doing the land portion first and then being able to relax on the ship the last half. Thank you Ashley for helping us set up this trip and all the wonderful memories we have as a result. . Ashley is already helping us set up our trip to Hawaii in October. Can't wait and will recommend Brentwood to all my family and friends.

Lynne Meyer has worked with us on two cruises in the past two years, and she is presently helping my husband and me set up another trip. She does a great job organizing the material and getting us set in a timely manner. Lynne is always thinking of any situation we may encounter on our travels and able to answer questions from accommodations to shore excursions. We feel very comfortable using Lynne to handle the details while we enjoy the adventures. I had a great experience with Brentwood Travel and Julie Skrainka. I have known Julie for years as a friend but called on her as a travel professional for help with our family vacation. Trish Roth did an awesome job planning our trip to Italy. She was very helpful with obtaining information on excursions and planning our day-to-day schedule. Our experience has been great with Brentwood Travel. We recently completed a trip to Florida with 21 family members. The transportation and lodging was perfect. Annette helped us plan an amazing trip . It was a Globus visit to small hill towns of Italy . We then returned to Rome to board a ship for a Mediterranean cruise . She made arrangements for transfers between ship,hotels, and airport.everthing went smoothly, without a hitch . We had a great time, this is why we come back to Annette and Brentwood travel every time.

Ashley did a great job helping us plan our vacation. We had 14 people in our group and budget, sleeping arrangements and location were important. She took a lot of time researching properties for us to preview before meeting with her at the office. She made suggestions since our group included children ages 18 down to 8. She took into account the property amenities, the sleeping arrangements and what was going to give us the most for our money. We had a great time at the Royalton and the value for the money was well worth it. She made planning the trip easy and exciting. Thank you Ashley!!

I usually plan my own trips but thought it would be easier to let someone else do the planning and realized I would have had to spend a lot of time doing research. Julie offered us several options and ideas that I hadn't considered. Everything went so smoothly and was well planned we communicated on a regular basis in the planning stages and she followed up when we returned. It was a good experience. I would do it again

Our agent, Ann Fendelman, went above and beyond in planning our family vacation. She suggested the Iberostar Grand Parasio to meet our needs....and our trip was beyond our expectations. Ann answered all of my questions promptly and makes traveling a pleasure. Traveling to the Grand was easy: a direct flight to Cancun and private shuttle directly to our hotel. The Grand was stunningly beautiful, outstanding ocean view rooms, great service and had four restaurants on site. The evening entertainment was top notch! Our family also enjoyed inclusive activities such as archery, air rifle target shooting, water aerobics, a biking tour of the resort complex, poolside games plus we did private exursions offered beachside (sailboat ride and an afternoon of snorkeling). Ann also was extremely helpful in helping us when my son-in-law's grandfather passed away the day before we were suppose to leave on vacation. Ann stayed late at work to help in cancelling Adam's flight and in activating our trip insurance claim. We couldn't have asked for better personal service. Thank you Ann Fendelman!
