We booked a transatlantic cruise to Europe with Dagmar Morrison. She gave us valuable advice on our first cruise ever and our first trip to Europe. We could not have been more pleased with the great advice, efficiency and attention to our requests. Dagmar kept in touch with us frequently during the planning process and sent multiple choices from airfare to hotels. I have never used a travel agency before, but I was very pleased with the efficiency, quality, and professionalism I received through Brentwood. My travel agent was Carrie Fry, and from the very beginning she made sure she had a good understanding of what I wanted out of a vacation. I could tell throughout the entirety of my vacation that everything had been personalize specifically to me! This was my first big trip, and it was a comforting feeling knowing that I was never really alone. Thank you so much!

This was our fourth cruise with Ann at Brentwood Travel. As in past trips, Ann was very helpful in selecting the cruise line but also our room. She knows the best stateroom locations on various ships. She also is very responsive in answering questions and obtaining additional information. We look forward to our next cruise using Brentwood Travel.

Ashley is wonderful!! She helped us through everything for our very first cruise. She is very knowledgeable and was able to recommend several things to do while on the cruise. I am already planning another vacation in 2016 and 2017 with Ashley. We were able to get a great deal at the cruise expo last January so we will be attending again this January.

Ashley helped me plan a trip that I had been thinking about for some time. I didn't have to worry about anything. I could just enjoy the trip. Everything was arranged in advance and went very smoothly. The resort and people there were even better than she described. I'm ready to plan my next trip

I worked with Carrie Fry on getting my European honeymoon travel set up and I couldn't have had a better experience. I tried my hardest to plan it myself with getting flights and hotels set up in sequence with time zone changes and it was way over my head. I put a simple call in with Carrie and told her what I wanted with hotels, how long I wanted to stay in Paris, Athens and Santorini and a maximum price I wanted to stay under. I was a little nervous that going with a travel agent might cost me a lot more than trying to do it myself but after one or two days she got back with me with options that stunned me. The hotels looked great and the flights all had short layovers and the price was a few hundred dollars under what I was projecting. Another thing I'd like to add was something I didn't think of at all. She sent a simple email to me with a list of excursions that I could get all set up beforehand and get them at a cheaper price than trying to get it all taken care of while I was there. We did skip-the-line tours, big bus tours and got our museum tickets all paid for before we even departed! There was a lot of options that she sent me with way more to do and it was great to not have to hassle with any of that while I was in country. She really did her research for us as if she was going on the trip herself. Our arrival in santorini gave us the biggest surprise of all. The assistant manager of the hotel met us at the reception office upon check in and told us that it was such a pleasure working with Carrie and he knew it was our honeymoon that he offered us the premier Villa suite for one night free of charge! Our honeymoon could not have been better and we were very happy all along the way. I will certainly use Brentwood travel again to plan my vacations. Thank you Carrie!

Our agent,Annette Raye,has sent us all over the world, and we are not done yet!! We have travelled all over Europe, Scandanavia, Iceland, Russia, Central America, and North America. Annette has planned flights, excursions, tours, and handled rare problems easily. She understands our preferences and financial issues. We had used several other travel agency's in the past but once we paid for the trip, we never heard from them. Carrie took the time to call us before out trip to ask if we had any last minute questions. Then she called us again after our trip to make sure all went well. We had a great trip!!

It has been excellent I just tell Michelle what I want and the dates she does all the planning the only thing I have to do is verify dates and look over the iternary.
