Dr. Chan and his team (dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff) have given me top-quality care with a warm and friendly environment. They have the latest in dental care technology so they are able to do things faster and better, including creating crowns for me in a single visit. I've been with Dr. Chan for over 8 years now and highly recommend him to everyone.

Our family has been going to Dr. Chan from the day he started at this location. We have always received the best care.Starting from booking our appointments and working with our schedules, to his excellent and quality work on our teeth.They answer questions and take their time with every patient. Today I had a filling done and barely knew he was giving me the shot.Dr. Chan always ask durning the procedure if you are ok and then follows up with a call in the evening to see if everything is ok. All the staff work very well together and makes a patient feel very comfortable. We know we are being well taken care of.

The people are excellent. Dr. Chan explained exactly what he was planning both before and during the process. He made sure I was keeping him aware of any possible discomfort during the process. His assistant, I missed her name, sorry, was very professional and personable. They even followed up that evening to see if everything was okay. I will be going back again.

I had the BEST dental experience of my life at Classic Dental Smiles! From the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable and Sonja greeted me as if I was an old friend. Dr. Chan is remarkable. I have never had a dentist or dental specialist who was so considerate, caring and a perfectionist. He explained each step of the procedure clearly and answered all my questions. My procedure was a little more complicated than a normal implant and Dr. Chan made sure each step ran smoothly. He was the FIRST to ever call me the night of "surgery" procedures to make sure I was OK...two times. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his entire staff to everyone I know.

I first went to Classic Dental Smiles on 1/23/18 to have cleaning & also had a complete evaluation & X-Ray Series. I was previously given an estimate by Nelson Howard, DDS in R/B of a little over $27,000.00 to do necessary dental work. After my X-Rays & evaluation by Brian H. Chan, DDS of Classic Dental Smiles, I was given an estimate of 2,839.00 to do my dental work. At first look at my dental work to be done, Brian H. Chan, DDS said, "probably about $2,700.00 would be their cost for dental work", after I told him my quote from Nelson Howard, DDS!!! I love every thing about Classic Dental Smiles from the time I first walked into the office! The whole staff starting with Sonja Lehr (office mgr.) & every one else are very friendly, prompt, & professional. Brian H. Chan, DDS does the best dental work which I have ever experienced! Brian calls me every evening after my dental work is done just to see how I am doing! No dentist in my life time has ever done that & I aim 78 plus! Brain called me last night at 8:36! Classic Dental Smiles also has their OWN IN HOUSE DENTAL PLAN, which is fantastic, & with I will be switching to this November! Dr. Chan and his entire staff are incredible. Every time I go in for an exam or cleaning, I am greeted by the friendly staff and never have to wait more than a couple of minutes before I'm seen. I also recently had some dental work done (veneers) and could not be happier with the results! From the initial consultation until the work was completed, Dr. Chan walked me through all the steps and provided me with all the information I needed to know exactly what was going to be done and what the end result was going to look like. Throughout the process, he listened carefully to how I wanted my teeth to look and went above and beyond to ensure that the results were perfect. The work itself was painless and not as scary as I had anticipated. This was because Dr. Chan did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable throughout the procedure (e.g., giving me a headset to that I could listen to my music and even giving me a blanket so that I could be warm and cozy). The whole thing went very smoothly and as comfortably as is possible in a dentist’s chair. I definitely recommend Dr. Chan’s office to anyone who is looking for a caring and highly professional dentist. Thank you to Dr. Chan and his entire staff!

Dr. Chan and staff are very professional and courteous. The best technology and care are exercised; Dr. Chan takes time to address questions and concerns from patients. As a patient, I feel confidence in diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan's dental office.

Dr. Chan has been my dental provider since he opened his practice at the end of 2011. I am a loyal patient because of the quality of care he provides and the positive experience I have with every appointment. He takes the time to get to know me and my preferences. He practices with the latest dental materials, technology, and expertise. He's honest and fair and explains in detail each treatment. I find comfort in knowing he genuinely cares about my oral health, and therefore, my overall health as a senior. His staff is very friendly and professional. His office manager, Sonja, treats patients as if they were guests in her home. Dr. Chan recently replaced a filling that I lost, at no charge. My health plan only offers DHMO plans. But, I would rather stay with Classic Dental Smiles than change dentists.

I had couple of fills and teeth cleaning recently with Classic Dental Smiles. Great experiences! I felt cozy and comfortable throughout the process. All the staffs are professional and friendly. Hands down the BEST dentist I have gone to--and I have been to MANY of the years. No more finger clinching moments in the chair waiting for the OUCH moment. I just had an old failing filling replaced and I'm HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY with the results. The whole staff is friendly and makes the once dreaded trip to the dentist actually pleasant! I used to dread going to the dentist. I don't anymore. Dr. Chan is a very gentle dentist who cares about his patients' comfort. He uses advances in technology to enhance his craft and keeps up-to-date on ways to provide the best service. He also has good communications skills which are so important. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Chan.

I recently had to have some fillings done. I was so nervous about the whole procedure but the staff was quick to ease my fears. The nurse help my hand while the shot was administered in my gums. Dr. Chan was so skilled that I hardly felt a thing. Once the procedure got underway I did not feel a thing. I wore headphones to drown out the noise and before I knew it it was over. I felt absolutely no pain before, during or after the procedure. The most impressive part was that Dr. Chan even called me at home later that night to see how I was feeling. We have been searching for a dentist for so long and I know we have finally found the place for us. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Chan and his entire staff!
