Dr. Chan is a perfectionist. Professional staff. State of the art technology which I wish existed 30 years ago. Highly recommended!!!!

My visit to Classic Dental Smiles was simply the best experience in a dental office ever--and with a crown, no less! The office is lovely, and Dr. Chan's staff combine the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. Dr. Chan is highly skilled in state-of-the-art dentistry, computer imaging, and in clear communication with his patients. His technician also was extremely proficient, and I felt very comfortable with her assistance in the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team.

This firm truly lives up to its name! I am so glad to have my smile back! Thanks to Dr. Chan and and the teamwork of his entire staff I feel that my dental health is back where it should be. While using the latest in technology, they have a kind touch and a caring attitude. Dr. Chan even took the time to go over with me what my options were for any future dental needs that may arise. I will be a regular and loyal patient!

I can but rave about Classic Dental Smiles. Dr. Chan's professionalism is the best I experienced in my 50 years of living in various countries and seeing dentist regularly. Using the latest technology for new crowns made the treatments swift and pain free. His friendly staff is very accommodating when making appointments, and I always feel comfortable and at ease in their care.

Dr. Chan, Sonja and all the staff at Classic Dental Smiles are great! Friendly, courteous and attentive to the patient's needs. I had a crown put in today and it was virtually pain-free, even after the numbness has worn off. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dental work. thx all!

The doctor uses all the latest equipment. He is very gentle and caring plus the staff is very friendly. I would, (and do) recommend Dr. Brian Chan to my friends and family.

This dental office receives high marks (10+) for it's professionalism in both employee's & dental care. I have an extreme dislike for dentists, due to trauma when I was a child, & I knew (having been a former long time patient of Dr. Ronald Aanerude) this would be the practice to return to, even knowing that there would be no coverage through my dental carrier. Some times Medicare sucks!!! Just sayn... Yes... it had been 4 years + since I had been back, but after dealing with a couple of dentists in my little city of Hemet & not finding what I felt I needed, I decided it would be worth the hour + drive to RB for PROPER dental care & I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly & very concerned about your comfort & how you are feeling during the course of your visit. It was wonderful to see Sonya again & it actually felt like I was coming home. Now who would say that about dental care? LOL... Quality of care is top notch. Dr. Chan is very patient, takes the time to explain the steps he is taking with each procedure, which helps the patient relax, & is gentle & caring through it all. The initial exam was very thorough & my first procedure went smoothly with little discomfort. I'm particularly afraid of the shots (amazing how some things from the past remain in your head), but his were quick & he made sure my mouth was completely numb before he started the work. I would ABSOLUTEY recommend Classic Dental Smiles as the go to place for excellent dental care & that includes the friendly outgoing staff that supports you while you are there!! PS - I was also quickly approved for financing through one of the plans they had available in there office (Springstone Patient Financing) & that is a small miracle since I will be able to make monthly payments that fit within my rather limited retirement budget. A++ indeed...

Love this dentist !! I've always have been fearful of going to the dentist from past experiences and he has completely turned that around for me...his shots are painless with his special technique..I felt at ease and confident in ability..everyone is so wonderful in his office .

Dentist and hygienist were very friendly, approachable, attentive to comfort needs, and open to questions. My cleaning was very thorough, and both the dentist and hygienist offered advice on how I can clean my teeth better. Overall great experience!

Dr. Chan and staff were friendly and professional. I had a bunch of fillings done 2 weeks ago. There was very little discomfort at the time of the fillings, mild soreness for the rest of the day, it has felt completely normal since then. I am very happy with the experience. I would recommend Dr. Chan to my friends.

Exceptional care and always thorough on my appointments. I drive almost 25 miles to get there but I find that it is worth the extra time and drive. Staff is all very friendly and courteous too!

Today I had an old filling removed and it had decay under it and needed to be replaced with a new crown. Even though it took some time to do the work, I was totally comfortable and at ease. I appreciate the time taken to explain everything to me because a lot of the procedures are new to me since the last time I had a crown done. I like the new technology and it was nice that the crown could be completed in one visit. The quality of the work is great and I am very happy with the care I received.

Dr. Chan is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. Even though going to the dentist can be scary for people of all ages Dr. Chan makes procedures fast, friendly, and painless. Do you dread going to the dentist? I did, but No more since I found Dr Brian Chan! Now it is a real joy to go to my dentist!, From lovely Sonia at the front desk, to the great hygienists, then to Dr Chan who has to be the best family dentist, anywhere! He is so sweet and personable and he has all the newest hi- tech equipment that keep you comfortable, like lounge type chairs with memory foam "pillows" and the Cerec technology which makes a perfect tooth for you while you watch! All this and his prices are very affordable. No more visits to apply your crown. It is made and installed in one visit. My visits to Dr. chan are my times to stretch out and relax,with no pain or discomfort. Do yourself a favor- see the Chan Team for your dental work!!!
