I would like to talk about the quality of care. I was very leery of any dentist that I would have to see because of my last experience. I was not impressed at all by the dentist or his staff. I was so impressed with the quality of care and the thoroughness of the hygienist and everyone that assisted her. I never felt so comfortable and been so educated about my teeth and gums. The exrays were explained in detail also any questions that I had. I really dreaded the pending dentist exam. I wasted a lot of time worrying about the work I needed and the” big thing “ cost. All for nothing. Don’t get me wrong I needed work. Why did I put my self through this stress. I was very impressed with Dr Lander he explains everything in detail, also my questions. I definitely had a lot . He also made me feel very comfortable. If had this experience before I would have never put off making an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. I was shocked when they took exrays of my teeth because that didn’t happen before. I called my insurance carrier to give me the names of four dentists in my area code. I asked this person if they could Highly recommend just one of these dentists of course they said no, but if I was uncomfortable I could get a second opinion. Clovis Family Denistry was the first one on the list and I called. It was the best call I ever made, I hope that what I shared with my experience would help you make a decision to never hesitate to make an appointment with them. I will say I was a bit apprehensive to have four front teeth crowned in one visit. There was no reason to lose any sleep because the process from beginning to end was 100% painless and I am thrilled with the outcome. Dr. Lander is a stickler for details and put in a lot of computer work to show me the results I could expect prior to the treatment. His staff is friendly and professional. Each person knows their job and anticipates the doctors next move which results in an appointment that is really efficient. I am really thrilled with my smile. Thank you to Dr & Mrs Lander too for her input.

This was one of the best visits I have had, in the past I wasnt sure if would continue to using them after todays visit I will be back. The Assistant Danielle (hope I got your name right I'm the worst with names) was the best. described everything in detail, after she put on the topical I didnt even feel the slightest pinch when the gave my shots. She was cheerful and had the best chair-side manor. She is a great asset to your business.

I really enjoyed my time . Everyone is very friendly and very good about questions. Also explains what and how they are doing. I experienced no pain. I was very surprised at how easy and comfortable it was. I will tell everyone how great they are.my tooth is beautiful!

I'm a new patient and it felt like the red carpet was rolled out for me. The staff welcomed me in with open arms! I was in & out within a timely manner and had NO pain issues (crowning). Dr Lander listens well and is extremely well educated at his craft. He and his staff provided me with options as well as cost breakdowns so I understood what I was paying for. I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff.

I was able to get three crowns done in one visit because they have the equipment to make the crowns right in their office. The customer service and staff were excellent. The hygienist service was simply outstanding, the best teeth cleaning I have ever received, I felt like I was being treated as if I was family.

Kaitlyn handled my insurance questions. She was well informed about my plan coverage. I highly recommend this office for not only routine visits, but implants as well. Staff made me feel like all of their attention was on me and my concerns. They were friendly professional and focused on my care. The communication amongst the staff was the best I have ever witnessed. They worked in concert and seamlessly there was never a question in my mind what was happening next. I left fully educated to my course of treatment and was given several options. The dental plan is a big plus as well and The welcome gift was so very thoughtful and all items useful. This is a family practice that treats you as if you are an important family member. VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!

My first visit was due to an emergency, which was attended to and treated at a very short notice. Dr. Lander and all his staff are very professional and caring. The dental hygienist Melissa totally transformed my perception of tooth cleaning, having performed a very thorough gum exam and given great tips on tooth and gum care. The office is very high-tech, clean, and hospitable. They make you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Highly recommend.

I was really nervous going in for major (at least that's how it felt to me) dental work but the entire staff was wonderfully caring and competent, constantly making sure I was comfortable and by explaining what was happening and what was their next "move" made me feel less anxious. My husband & I have been going to Dr. Lander for awhile now. We are very pleased with him & his staff, they are always pleasant, friendly & helpful. I've not been in for about a year. I called last week for an appointment for a cleaning & possible crown. My appointment was today at 4:00pm.(Day & time I chose) Upon arrival I was promptly & professionally greeted by the staff. I signed up for their in-house plan, 2 cleanings, 2 sets of x-rays & 30% any work. I was led into an exam room where Dr.Lander came in with an assistant (he was great, sorry don't remember his name). Crown was necessary, so Dr. got right to work...numbing....Dr. prepped for the crown, then Melissa came in to do a thorough cleaning. Dr. Lander was back to do the fitting of my new crown. Fit perfectly the first time...no high spots. This is the first time ever I had a crown put on & no adjustments were needed. AWESOME! I am very pleased with the work that this office does from the office staff to the assistants & most of all Dr. Lander. These people actually care about your health, your teeth & your SMILE. Crown & teeth cleaning took 2 hours 15 min. Best part, no follow up.

As a new patient, I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere and the patient oriented staff. During my first two visits, I experienced the most thorough and comprehensive consultation and examination I have ever had during my 84 years. Dr. Lander and the entire staff take the time to explain exactly what they are going to do and why. Even the financial arrangements are handled in a professional manner. I'm confident that at the conclusion of my next 3 visits, my overall dental health will be improved dramatically.
