good experience but he was not familiar with protools, we got it working but need a written script to get QRS to work with protools so for now it does not work.

I am very pleased with my piano. It is a used piano. That is all that I could afford. It sounds great. It has a warranty. Cooper Piano has followed up and been very attentive. They were recommended to me by a music teacher. He was right. They have been so nice and I love my piano and the price.

So I walked into your showroom with high expectations and immediately you began to exceed them. In a world that I know very little about, you made me feel comfortable right away. You put me at ease through the entire process and I can't thank you enough, as this was one of the larger purchases in my life. Simply The Best!

Cooper Piano moved my grand piano to a rental house while our house is being renovated. It was not an easy move and presented the movers with some real logistical challenges. I was very impressed that, before they even touched the piano, they walked around it and assessed its condition, position, and how they would move it to the truck. This piano is my prized possession and the movers treated it like it was theirs as well. When it is time to move back home, I will be calling Cooper Piano to do the move and I can ardently recommend them to anyone wanting to move a piano.

We were preparing for a move and needed to move our piano. A friend was interested in it, so we called on Cooper Piano to move it for us. On the phone, both Mr. Cooper and the delivery team were friendly, helpful and efficient. As a matter of fact, the delivery staff was so efficient that they arrived early which I find to be a rare occasion with anyone "working on my house". The staff was very careful with the piano. Working with Cooper Piano was a good experience for me.

The tuner who came to our house was on time, extremely polite and professional, and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Our piano sounds great and the price was very reasonable.

This was the second move of the baby grand piano from a difficult house in Tucker to College Park. The same team returned to do the second move. The whole process, including booking, payment administration and the move itself was exemplary. It is always pleasure to work with real professionals. The team was thorough and careful but still very efficient; they arrived at the promised time, worked quickly and were courteous and helpful throughout.

A great experience. Drivers arrived on time to pick up our piano. They were wonderful and obviously had all the right equipment to do the job well. They were well experienced and left us no doubt that our piano would be well cared for.
