I can absolutely recommend Cooper Piano for a hassle-free move and great service. My most recent move is the second or third move on the same piano. And again, no issues, no concerns -- just a quick and simple process. I will have them back in a few weeks to retune it. Joe

We used Cooper Piano to deliver from the metro Atlanta area to the Athens area. Cooper Piano was the only mover we called that answered the phone the first time, returned all calls promptly, and gave specific answers regarding our move. The movers were consummate professionals; they were polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cooper.

When my beloved Yamaha Clavinova stopped working after 30 years, I felt like I lost a family member. But the people at Cooper Music soon had me smiling again. Silas met me at the door and he and Blake allowed me to try out every piano that interested me. Steve explained my financial options and approved me for a loan within a matter of minutes. Larry set up the best day and time to deliver my new family addition. Adrian and L.C. called a half-hour before delivery. They were very nice. The day they carried the piano through the front door, they took great care not to damage our family antiques. Before leaving, they explained when to get the piano tuned and the best way to care for it. John called a day or two later to check on me. I love my Knabe Baby Grand and I could not be happier. Thanks to Blake and Cooper Music, we now have a new family member to cherish for generations.

I had done my research and received the advise of my trusted long time piano technician in the purchase of a used Yamaha U-3 piano. I wanted a second piano for my studio so that I could teach concerto repertoire and I was also actively performing as part of a piano duo team. The sales rep was very helpful and allowed me plenty of time to play different pianos on the showroom floor. I knew what I wanted and I was able to purchase the piano I came for. Several years later I returned to Cooper Piano to purchase a Yamaha N-100 digital piano to have at our vacation cabin. It was important to me to have a piano with touch sensitive, weighted keys and to have the response of an acoustic piano. Once again the experience was positive. I have since worked with Cooper Piano in other ways including using their Liberty Theater for my past two studio recitals. They have been extremely accommodating and provided the very best instruments for my students. My most recent recital included three concerti and Cooper Piano provided two beautiful grands for the occasion. It is a special experience for the students to be able to perform on such high quality instruments. I will certainly continue to patronize Cooper Piano in the future and recommend them to families interested in the purchase of a piano.

I bought an Aries keyboard from the store, and altho it is a little complicated to use, I like it. Michael, the tuner did a great job on my 1914 Steinway upright. I will always contact him.

As I am a piano teacher in Decatur, I have known about and visited the Cooper Piano store many times over the past 25 years. You may read my earlier review below. Yesterday and today, though, Jim and Steve really proved their company's desire to take care of customers. I had bought a reconditioned piano from Cooper back in the summer. It had not held a tuning well, and yesterday my tuner came to work on it. He found that the soundboard had multiple cracks in it. He called the technician at Cooper, and Jim at Cooper called me immediately to tell me to come in and choose another piano for replacement. I went in to the store this morning, chose my piano, and am now looking forward to having it delivered in a few days. In these days of "customer no-service," Cooper Piano proved themselves to be the best of companies. I highly recommend them!

I had bought a wonderful digital piano from Cooper just about a month ago but decided I wanted an acoustic after all. Steve helped me figure out which piano was right for me, and in four days it was in my home. It is an excellent instrument, in beautiful condition. As a piano teacher, I knew what I wanted, and I am very satisfied. Also, I want to make sure to commend the two gentlemen who delivered the piano. They were friendly and polite and took excellent care of the piano as well as my home. Anything they moved they put back before they left, too. I appreciate them and Steve and Cooper Piano more that I can say!

When I walked into your showroom I had no intention of purchasing a new piano. I simply went in to buy a new piano bench. The pianos were displayed so beautifully. I think my heart skipped a beat. Jim was so knowledgeable and helpful but didn't make me feel pressured. I returned the next day with my husband to try out a few and the rest is history.
