As a dual board-certified surgeon in oral, maxillofacial, and facial cosmetic surgery, Dr. Randy Sanovich is committed to providing optimum results for his patients. Dr. Sanovich’s extensive training and experience make him a recognized leader in the latest advancements of oral and facial reconstructive procedures. His approach to facial rejuvenation promotes natural surgical results without looking artificial. In addition to facial cosmetic surgery, Dr. Sanovich specializes in jaw reconstructive surgery, including jaw repositioning surgery, TMJ surgery, bone grafting and dental implant placement. Dr. Sanovich received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Utah, and his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He then completed his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery from the University of Florida. His special interest in facial cosmetic surgery led him to complete a highly sought-after fellowship in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery with Dr. John Griffin in Columbus, Mississippi. “I am dedicated to providing the best of art and science in facial plastic surgery as well as oral & maxillofacial surgery to accommodate all of my patient’s needs with as few appointments as possible,” says Dr. Sanovich. Dr. Sanovich and his wife Amber live in Dallas with their three young children. Outside of his busy practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, teaching his children how to wake-surf at Lake Lewisville. He also enjoys playing guitar and listening to music.

My husband had a great experience (dental implant) with Dr. Sanovich and his team. When I needed my wisdom teeth out, I decided (even though it was a bit of a drive from my location)to use this office. I'm so glad I listened to the husband. I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Sanovich was very friendly and listened to my concerns. Everything went better than I imagined it could, with little to no pain afterwards. His staff was also super nice. I will definitely use this office again should the need arise.

I had teeth extracts. Dr. S worked with me for a special needs aftercare I need. Its my second procedure here and I would highly recommend Dr. S. He is very good , very professional and has a great personal touch with your care.

I had surgery on my upper jaw. Dr. Sanovich explained the procedure in language I could understand. The team explained how the procedure would go on the day of surgery. Dr. Sanovich was in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. The follow up after the procedure has been fantastic. Dr. Sanovich and his team are highly recommended.

I had a facelift in January and I am really thrilled with the results. People who don’t know say I look so rested, and people who do know say it is the most natural-looking facelift they have ever seen. I have had multiple requests for the name of the surgeon and clinic and am happy to oblige. The whole experience, even taking into consideration the healing time involved, could not have been better. Dr. Sanovich and his staff were so concerned with my comfort and outcome it was amazing. For example, in response to a texted question from me, I received an answer late at night, after the doctor had put his children to bed. I consider that above and beyond and I truly felt completely cared for. I had checked out prices on facial surgery and I felt that Dr. Sanovich’s fees were totally in line with anybody else’s. But I feel that I got so much more in surgical skill and care than other recent facelifts I have seen. And even now, during follow-up visits, the doctor is still tweaking the results. He truly is pickier about my face than I am, and that’s saying a lot! I am so happy I did this, and even happier that I picked Dr. Sanovich and his team. They are all amazing!

Dr. Sanovich and his entire team are outstanding - extremely knowledgeable yet warm and engaging. Dr. Sanovich and his assistants really take the time to explain all aspects of the procedure and their recommendations/plan (showing pictures as appropriate), and to answer all questions. I never felt rushed. Dr. Sanovich has also personally followed up with me after my appointments to see if I had any other questions or issues. In addition, Dr. Sanovich is one of relatively few surgeons in the area who does plastic surgery as well as dental/orthognathic surgery. This is tremendously helpful, on top of his expertise and warm manner.

From the office staff, medical assistants, and doctors, everyone was wonderful at DSA. I was very nervous about coming in to have a facial puncture wound looked at, and they took the utmost care in explaining everything that had happened, what the procedure would be, and follow-up. There is even a 24hour text line if you have any questions- beyond amazing in my book! Would highly recommend their services again & again!

My lovely wife Terry wanted me to get an assessment from Dr. Sanovich as to whether anything could be done non-invasively to soften the puffiness under my eyes. Honestly I was skeptical because five years ago cosmetic work was done below both eyes and I was out of commission with bruising for over two weeks. Dr Sanovich worked on me for about 45 minutes and took 10 years off my eyes without a single bruise. Amazing!! The staff was courteous and professional and we were taken into the examining room immediately upon arrival. I wouldn't hesitate using Dr. Sanovich for additional cosmetic procedures and recommending him to friends.

I am so impressed with Dr. Sanovich and his team that I have been referring patients to him. The team has walked me through all of my treatments since this is the first extraction and implant that I am receiving. Dallas surgical art is very professional yet personal. They show expertise in each step. I had several procedures and had a great experience from the start. I went to several plastic surgeons but felt that Dr. Sanovich listened to my concerns and did exactly what I wanted and asked for. I felt the amount he charges for the procedures was a good value. I liked the fact they did not push fillers and took years off while keeping me looking natural which was one of my concerns. My first cosmetic procedure dates back to 2004 which Dallas Surgical Arts was Dr Kevin McBride's practice. From the first procedure Dr McBride performed to the fat transfer Dr Sanovich performed October 2017, Dallas Surgical Arts is the premier practice for facial cosmetic procedures in the DFW area. Dr Sanovich's office and surgery staff are amazing and the surgery center is state of the art. Three weeks post operative now and the results are amazing. Dr Sanovich and Dallas Surgical Arts is simply the best of the best!!!
