As a dual board-certified surgeon in oral, maxillofacial, and facial cosmetic surgery, Dr. Randy Sanovich is committed to providing optimum results for his patients. Dr. Sanovich’s extensive training and experience make him a recognized leader in the latest advancements of oral and facial reconstructive procedures. In addition to facial cosmetic surgery, Dr. Sanovich specializes in jaw reconstructive surgery, including jaw repositioning surgery, TMJ surgery, bone grafting and dental implant placement. Dr. Sanovich received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of Utah, and his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He then completed his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery from the University of Florida. His special interest in facial cosmetic surgery led him to complete a highly sought-after fellowship in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery with Dr. John Griffin in Columbus, Mississippi. “I am dedicated to providing the best of art and science in facial plastic surgery as well as oral & maxillofacial surgery to accommodate all of my patient’s needs with as few appointments as possible,” says Dr. Sanovich. Dr. Sanovich and his wife Amber live in Dallas with their three young children. Outside of his busy practice, he enjoys spending time with his family, teaching his children how to wake-surf at Lake Lewisville. He also enjoys playing guitar and listening to music.

My surgery experience with Dr. Sanovich and his staff is that they set uniquely high standards for professionalism, care and putting the patient in a genuinely friendly environment. Dr. Sanovich and his staff always go above and beyond from the front desk all the way through the office. I have been using Dr. Sanovich and his staff for years and they never disappoint. Very professional and personable, which is a great skill set to have in this field? Outstanding customer service and I would recommend anyone to use Dr. Sanovich. He has kept the same staff in place for years, so very little turnover if any. You will not be disappointed!

t is with great pleasure and honor to recognize one of the top Maxillofacial Surgeons in the Dallas area for his great work, nothing shorter than a miracle. Over 12 years ago, there was a growth on my face that grew to 11.4cm/4.6cm which is known as a Benign Tumor. It was safely removed by Dr. Sanovich In March 2017, which changed my life! They made my experience amazing in a very positive way.Dr. Sanovich and his staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of from day one. They all took the time to explain as to what they planned to do and why. it totally removed whatever anxiety I may have had. The procedures were absolutely painless. they are all amazing folks. I feel like all his staff are my friends. Dr. Sanowich even called me at home in the evening to check on me. What doctor takes the time to do that? Dr. Sanovich was amazing with our daughter! She had Bollard anchors inserted to correct her underbite. From the first appointment through the last, Dr. Sanovich was warm, friendly, and compassionate in his care. He spent time explaining the procedure to us and demonstrated expertise in his work, particularly as it pertains to the pediatric population. He followed up with us personally via telephone after our consultation as well as after her procedure. The surgery went seamlessly and our daughter recovered effortlessly. I'm not a rah-rah guy .... but I'm very pleased with the attention of detail by everyone ... it's a truly nice experience being treated by Dr. Sanovich and his staff.... This is the second time I've used Dr. Sanovich to fix my dental problems and have implants placed .... I have nothing but positive feedback to give on our experience with Dr. Sanovich and his team. My teenage son was the patient, and the staff as well as the doctor made us feel at ease immediately. The procedure was explained in great detail by both the nurse as well as the doctor - there was no room left for worry or concerns. The procedure went flawless, leaving my son with little to no discomfort afterwards. Dr. Sanovich was extremely personable and caring, making sure all questions and concerns were addressed and answered immediately. My son showed no sign of anxiety going into the procedure, as he felt just as comfortable as I did being in in the hands of Dr. Sanovich and team. The outstanding care in the office was only topped by Dr. Sanovich's accessibility for questions days after the procedure - he made sure to respond personally and promptly to my inquiries. Overall, I can say with confidence that this was one of the best experiences I have had with a doctor and medical office.

I needed to have oral surgery for a tooth extraction and an implant. Based on a friend's recommendation, I set up an appointment with Dr Sanovich's office at Dallas Surgical Arts. From the first phone call, where I was scared and didn't even know the right words to describe what I needed, every staff member treated me with patience and kindness. Dr Sanovich and his staff obtained records from my dentist; explained all my treatment and anesthesia options, from nitrous oxide to IV sedation; worked with me and my insurance company to make sure all paperwork was filed; answered all my billing questions; and took great care of me and made sure I had the best possible experience. There were follow-up appointments to check healing and progress. I was scared and reluctant to have this necessary process done, but these people were the best and I would definitely use them again--maybe for one of their other services as well. If you need oral surgery, give them a call.
