What a great office and staff... really really excellent!!

Dr.Romani is well qualified and caring. He truly puts you at ease as well as the entire office staff. His nurse, Virginia, is an asset to him. I can honestly say that after more than a half a century with various dentists, oral surgeons and periodontists, Dr Romani is one of the best. I highly recommended Dr Romani.

This place is GREAT! Janet does a superior job! I have been going to the Dental Specialists for years and it has always been a good experience! Everyone in the office is great to deal with and I will be going back for years to come.

I want to convey how thankful I am to Dr. Thousand and Dr. Romani for pulling through for me and my son when we really needed quality care for serious issues. It is clear to me how talented Dr. Thousand and Dr. Romani are. I also have been continually impressed by all of the staff members that I've met. Thank you!

As a retired manufacturing executive, I tend to look at professional providers as Dr. Thousand through a tough and exacting lens. Examples in my world include, but, not limited to safety and quality ending with an unquestioned commitment to customer (patient) satisfaction in this instance. The experience with Dr. Thousand and his team exceeded all three and so much more. Further and as a first time, new patient, I had no illusions aside from gaining the time and care of an experienced team following a recommendation from my long time dental care provider. I was, frankly, surprised to see Dr. Thousand moments before my treatment was to begin, pull up a stool next to me, looked straight into my eyes and said, 'tell me about yourself' before we start. I expected a positive outcome, but, was not prepared for that question. Delighted and impressed to be approached in that way, I introduced myself and my background along with my views on the people or employees that made me successful. I could have talked much more about my views and opinions, but, out of respect for his time, was ready to move on which would include three implants. In the end following several, phased appointments, I'm pleased to report this was by far, not only necessary, but, a post experience that included nothing more than a mild case of discomfort and no measurable pain during the treatment or after. Not even a '1' on a '10' point scale. Not to mention a person to person follow up call initiated by Dr. Thousand each of the evenings following my appointments. Not necessary or expected, but, very much appreciated. An impressive all around experience, and when fully completed, I expect nothing short of total 'customer-patient' satisfaction! My compliments to the entire team from those in administration to those that work alongside Dr. Thousand.

Dr. Thousand is an extraordinary doctor and person! He is doing some extensive renovation in my mouth, and what might have been a very unpleasant experience has gone seamlessly and extremely well. And talk about bedside manner! He spends a lot of time explaining procedures, and assuaging fear and is just basically a lovely, funny and most importantly an excellent doctor. I cannot recall having felt so comfortable with any doctor and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. John and his staff are incredible. It's comforting to have a dentist who is genuinely interested and concerned about the quality of care. It's very rare to have your dentist call you after a treatment to inquire how you are doing. I have seen my share of dentists, but to have a Doctor who wants you to be part of his family is very rare. I'm all in with Dr. John.

I went in for upper & lower gum surgery. Everyone was helpful & kind from the initial phone call - to the front desk team - to the prep team & the doctor. I knew exactly what to expect & my questions were answered promptly. They were very encouraging & happy to address minor touchups. This was a big decision & I have no regrets! I’m so glad I checked it out - now I have a healthier mouth!

Dr John Thousand and his staff provided outstanding care for me on two separate occasions. Both involved extensive procedures with perfect results.. I couldn’t be happier and wholeheartedly recommend Dr Thosand. Moreover, he is a man who truly cares for you as an individual to include excellent post followup. We are lucky to have him in our community.

All three of the above mentioned I would give a 100% positive rating. I was very pleased with the comfort and care that I was given. They went above and beyond to be sure I was comfortable after having a hernia surgery and then having an appt with them several days later. I first met Dr. Robert Thousand in January 2020 for extractions. What a wonderfully, kind, professional specialist. He put me at ease for the upcoming bridgework with my dentist and all went well with his procedures on my lower front extractions. The follow up was encouraging also. I also needed a root canal during this time and saw his son Dr. Bobby Thousand in the same office. He too was very personable, kind, and the whole process was painless and successful. As a part of Dr. Robert Thousand's staff are Amanda and Hannah at the front desk and on the phones. I've had many interactions with Amanda and she always recognizes my name even though months have passed. She has the sweetest most helpful demeanor and her customer service skills enhance the practice. And though my contacts with Hannah have been less, I've observed her kind manner when speaking to customers and how efficient she is. She is an asset also to your practice. In December 2020 I called the office and spoke with Amanda after several months. I told her I had been in an accident and was not seeing my dentist anymore but felt the area where my bridge was might have been injured because I was in pain. As usual, she was so helpful and made an appointment for me to see Dr. Robert Thousand. He was as wonderful as before and did a 360 degree xray and checked each tooth. He assured me all looked fine, asked me when my last cleaning was, and said they could do my cleanings there. I was very happy with that since I hadn't secured a new dentist. Dr, Thousand was so kind that he didn't even charge me for the xray and visit. So yesterday January 5. 2021 I saw Janet the dental hygienist for my cleaning. She was so thorough, humorous, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job teaching this senior about brushing techniques I didn't even know. After she finished Dr. John Thousand came in to say hello. He was so much fun, welcomed me and said they were there for me. His personality was just super and an extension of the entire staff. Thank you all for assisting me in my dental care and for your human kindness. Everyone who needs your specialties should come be a part of your family.

I am extremely happy with my dental implant Dr. Romani performed, I did not experience any discomfort from day one, during my recent office visit, my x-ray shows the implant is perfectly in place and ready for a crown. Many thanks Dr. Romani!

Caring, painless experience. Wonderful staff that were professional. Dr. Mike followed up after surgery to make sure that all was ok. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. John Thousand is my dentist and, so far, every appointment has been excellent in terms of quality of care, comfort, education about what your procedure will entail, and essentially pain free treatment. The office is immaculate and the staff friendly and accommodating. The overall atmosphere is conducive to an overall satisfactory dental experience. I highly recommend this office for anyone in need of quality dental care.

Scared to have my implant done I met with Dr. Thousand and immediately felt comfortable. He put my fears to rest and explained what had to be done. My experience was pain free. Very pleasant staff to work with.

I was a patient of DR john Thousand 1V after suffering a devasting fall which resulted in The loss of 4 front teeth. Dr thousand reviewed my options with me to repair my dental Work. Dr thousand was a consumate proffesional and restored my smile to it's original status. I can highly recommend Dr Thousand an his highly professional staff . They extracted 2 teeth and bones. Dr. John did bone grafts and sealed them up. He and his assistant were very personable and helpful to explain in detail what to expect. I highly recommend them.

This is my third experience with Dr. John Thousand and as always he is very professional and very concerned about his patience. I was also amazed with his skill as a surgeon, he makes you feel comfortable while performing the surgery which reduces your anxiety and the entire procedure was done very quickly, tooth pulled and implant in less that forty five minutes. With other dentists this work would require two visits. The entire staff at Dental Specialists of North America are very professional and makes you feel at home.

I had a very pleasant experience with the dental team. They were easy to talk to and understood my fears. Painless I would recommend them for a dental implant.
