Dr. John and his team were so kind and professional from my initial consultation throughout the entire process. I was given all information regarding what would take place upfront so I was never in the dark or uncomfortable. Surgery day came and went with very little discomfort. I am so pleased with the results! Thank you Dr. Thousand!

I think Dr John is the best. I have had to have a lot of work done on my mouth. Dr John has worked really hard to bring about better results than i could have hoped for. He clearly explains everything he is doing so my mind is put at ease. He is an excellent surgeon and demonstrates the best customer service. I am blessed to have his expertise seeing me through all that has needed to be done.

Dental Specialists of North Florida is a great group of people. They are very efficient, friendly and the Dr. Thousand IV is an excellent dental implant specialist. I highly recommend both the doctors and the staff. All were very pleasant and helpful on each of my visits. Thanks for the wonderful outcome.

My experience with Dental Specialists of North Florida has been fantastic. I have always been given clear information on every aspect of a procedure and the maintenance involved, the procedures themselves have been as comfortable as possible, and I have had a relatively easy recovery after each one. Patient care is excellent as well, my needs and concerns are taken into consideration with respect.

I cannot say enough kind words about my experience. i am a terrible grinder and have had dental problems my entire adult life. I was referred to your office by my regular Dentist at Mill Creek Dental, to have a bone spur cut out of my gum. Even with the suturing and trauma from the dental procedure I could not believe the relief I experienced immediately. I returned for my post op appointment and we discussed the need to have another bone spur removed, he was able to work me into the schedule that day and again I experienced the same amazing relief. The doctor and complete staff are incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and great at getting things done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing dental procedures. I will return to this office whenever I have a dental problem that needs to be addressed. When your dentist says you need gum surgery, it is typically cause for trepidation. No one wants to have tissue cut from the roof of their mouth and sewed onto their gums. After all, Capn Crunch mouth is bad enough! But everything about my experience at Dr. Thousand’s office was amazing. He and his staff are kind, compassionate and extremely excited about what they do! My tissue graft was highly successful and I would not be afraid to do it again if necessary. I experienced very little post-surgical pain. The prescribed medication to take the night before and the day of surgery alleviated my anxiety before and during the procedure. As Ginger in the front office told me, you won’t really care and than you won’t remember. She was right on. I highly recommend this periodontist and the wonderful staff there.

Janet is wonderful she is very professional and gets the job done I’m not the easiest patient to deal with when it comes to unhealthy gums and she has a way to make me feel relaxed .. I would highly recommend her to any friends or colleagues . The dentist are wonderful also they never pressure you into anything you cannot afford even though I do need work done when the time is right I will definitely consider their expertise .

My experience with Dr. Thousand and his staff was everything you would expect from a high-quality business. My appointments were professional yet friendly, and there was never a bad experience. I would (and have) recommend this group to family and friends.

My experience with Dental Specialists has been very positive. Dr Thousand carefully went over the procedures he would be accomplishing to do a tooth extraction due to a crack in the root and install a dental implant. I won't say it was painless because, after all, they were pulling a tooth but there was no pain during the extraction and by using the ice application that they recommended to keep the swelling down I was able to get by with just regular advil. And in a couple of days I was pain free. Dr Thousand gave me a call the night of the extraction to see how I was doing. That was nice. He did a bone graft at the time of the extraction and now Three months later I have the implant. We have to wait another three months for the crown but so far Dr. Thousand and his staff have been really great. Thanks.
