My experience with Downtown’s Healthcare has been phenomenal. Trev has been extremely helpful in getting myself scheduled. Dr. Cook is an excellent chiropractor and has given me relief that I have not been able to obtain elsewhere. Aaliyah ensures that my B-12 shots are painless as I’m absolutely terrified of shots. Josh is a master masseuse and released all of the tension in my traps. Kortney has been extremely helpful in keeping me updated on what’s happening in DHC through Facebook as well. I would recommend DHC to all friends and family.

I am so grateful to have found Downtown's Healthcare! I was first introduced to DHC at a wellness expo in my office building. The timing was perfect because I was at peak discomfort with inflammation in both of my knees and my neck and shoulders. I knew I needed to address it, but I honestly didn't know how. DHC's holistic and integrated approach to healthcare offered me a solution that didn't just treat my symptoms, but was designed to correct my alignment issues as a whole. My detailed consultation included x-rays, an exam from both the doctor and the nurse, and a comprehensive analysis of what was happening in my spine and why certain pain patterns were taking place. This was followed up with a customized treatment plan designed for me, as well as recommended medical equipment that I could purchase to use in my own home. I was able to modify the treatment plan based on my budget and time allowance and so I decided to give it a shot! I'm currently half way through my 6-month plan and feeling so much relief! I go in for PT and adjustments twice a week and have also received trigger point massage, trigger point injections, and shock-wave therapy. The custom fit orthotics have also been a godsend!! With the consistent work, I'm no longer experiencing the same tension and holding patterns that I was prior to treatment. The office feels like a community and everyone addresses me with smiles and by name. There is always great music playing and although we are there to take our treatment plans seriously, the vibe never feels pretentious or exclusive. I've been really impressed with the overall quality of care I have received and feel so blessed that DHC came to me when it did. I've even convinced my husband to go! BIG THANKS! Sara

I've been super pleased with my care at Downtown's Healthcare. I've been kept informed about the goals and how I'm going to get there, and everyone from the chiropractors to the medical staff and floor techs really listen and try to help with how I'm feeling every time I go in. Also there's been opportunities along the way to assess and check in on my progress. All in all I'm happy to be a patient here.

It is easy to give Great customer service when everything is going smoothly. But what about, as so often can happen, when things don’t go as well as you had hoped they would? In my opinion it’s how the less than perfect situation is handled that really separates the Practice that cares for the whole patient, and the average Practice. Every individual working there Is the best at what they do and they are only happy when they see results. .The staff and partners at Downtowns Healthcare are absolutely top shelf. Amazing group of people and great chiropractic care.

I came to Downtown Healthcare with debilitating back pain that was greatly impeding my quality of life. As someone who has worked in the health care field as a Massage Therapist for 6+ years, I was blown away by the quality of care at Downtown Healthcare. The care team was thorough and informative. Case manager Brittany Brown was especially helpful in getting me on a treatment plan that fit my both my budget and my goals. So thankful for all the good work at Downtown Health!

When I first walked in the front desk it was very very polite smiling and when I talked to Brittany Brown she was amazing to me the whole department the whole Downtown Health Care is amazing every single one I don't want to exclude anybody every time I walk in everyone is so polite and my experience with my knees have been amazing also they give you a lot of exercise but you know that's what you need. The more I do the exercises the more my knees feel better. I am so thankful that my pastor told me about this place. I am truly blessed with you all. I feel at home when I walk in. Smiles everywhere my knees are amazing I'm just so thankful so thankful that everything is working as it's suppose too. I found the staff at Downtown Healthcare to be extremely competent and knowledgeable. They answer my questions and concerns in plain English so I can understand. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. Appointments are governed by you so it fits into your schedule. I really need that. Since being treated there, I move more freely. An unexpected benefit is that I have more confidence when I’m taking the bus or visiting new places. I no longer worry about not being able to get to where I’m going.
