I love the comprehensive approach Downtown’s Healthcare takes to restore health. I have found their treatment plan to be extremely beneficial - I don’t think about or notice my neck or back anymore. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making it a truly pleasureable experience. I would definitely recommend them.

I work in an industry, dentistry, that is known for chronic neck and back issues. After having severe pain in my low back and sciatica for the last few years, I in just 4 weeks in working with the wonderful people here at Downtowns Health, I am getting real relief. Downtown's Healthcare is more than just a Chiropractic office. Downtown's Healthcare treats the entire body with therapy and exercises to go beyond the symptoms and treat underlying causes. Thanks to their therapeutics I can sleep and hike pain free. The staff is always friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this practice. It's great that I can receive treatment right downtown. I can walk from the office to Downtown's Healthcare.

Have you ever been mtn bike riding enjoying a nice downhill when one moment you are on your seat having a blast, and then the next moment you are somehow on the ground and the seat of your bike has been snapped off your bike completely 13 miles from your destination? Have you ever gone off a jump on skis and landed on something other than your skis? Injuries are part of life, and over the 33 years I have been blessed to walk this planet I have managed to accumulate my fair share(snapped collar bone x2, dislocated shoulder, broken ribs, broken face bones, snapped fingers, toes, and compression fractures in my L4 and L5 that i never knew I had) Now i did seek help to fix these ailments, but the majority of my injuries were severely under diagnosed or not noticed at all (Broken back). Besides obvious pain in my legs, groin, lower back since I was 17, I always knew something wasn't right with my body and my trust for medical professional advice was about as strong as my trust for the government. I honestly loathed doctors as i continued to be fed the same story of "you need surgery". So I stopped trying since I essentially was throwing money away. Fast forward to 2016. My lady shatters her collar bone (the effect i have on people closest to me) and is recommended to DHC. After successful weeks of therapy producing noticeable results, she recommends, ok, more so tells me I need to go get fixed(women are powerful negotiators). Thus began my recovery journey. Here is a breakdown of a typical day at DHC. Where do i begin, well of course the front desk where Im greeted by Khayla and Lauren (shout out to Ti) each time I enter the holy site, aka DHC. Both are superb ladies, who make me feel as though I work for the office. Additionally, both ladies go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. You two rock and deserve more than one bag of sour patch kids. Next, although I see them one on one rarely are my case managers Nikki and Sarah. I appreciate the time both of you took to make sure my plan fit with my needs. Granted I take DR. Recommendations most of the time, you both were extremely open to my personal choice. THANK YOU(Sorry for not calling Nikki)!!! Onto “team pain take away”. As I approach the realm of healing I am generally greeted by “Fox” who always asks how my days going and if I need assistance with any of my exercises. I appreciate the movie selections each week and your continued support. Next, I sign up for my favorite part of therapy, stretching…… At first I was blessed to have the expertise of Kyle to stretch my rock solid tendons (Fox, thanks for the brief stint of stretching as well). Kyle rocks, is extremely informative about the body and how the therapy (both in office and at home) translate into results. Your passion for your job shows and makes for an enjoyable experience. Then came Alexis(KU What?) who was brand new at the onset of my therapy. Alexis believed in my stretching ability and still claims that I will be able to do the splits by the next summer Olympics (Without a cane). Amazing addition to the team who is clearly passionate about helping others. Thanks buddy for dealing with my whining. After a brief stretch, then comes the INJECTION PARTY!!!! Im generally summoned by Tash who is always making sure she understands where im at pain wise and if anything has changed. Again, very informative about how the body reacts to treatment while explaining it in laymen terms. Amazing MA that needs to finish her sleeve ;). Then its onto Sweet D, aka Doug Fresh, aka Inventor of all things. Although I have done chiropractic care my entire life, I have never had my body respond as well as it has. I would also like to add that Doug’ shoe sole inserts have changed my life. No more pain in my knees even after 20 miles of backpacking!!! For a guys whose sports career ended because of knee/hip pain when he was 18, this alone has redefined how I live. Thank you Doug, I appreciate the insights and continued care. Before I move on, I can’t forget those massage therapist and their magical touch. Bernetta, you are an amazing person both professionally and personally. I appreciate the relief you provided my first couple massages(first wtime i had been out of pain since i was a teenager). Nicola, it was a blessing being paired with you as I learned quickly the importance of a good psoas sesh. I hope the cd I made you comes in handy, thank you for the work! Last but not least, Karen. First off, you have brought together quite the team of like-minded people passionate about fixing people without drugs or knives. Your tenacity and sometimes frustration trying to figure out whats wrong with me shows you truly care. Thank you. I appreciate this immensely and look forward to working with you guys to get myself 100% free from pain. In conclusions, this is a long post because I have denied Lauren's request for a review probably more times than I have been at the office (Sorry buddy, Karen I assure you she is doing her job wonderfully). I have really enjoyed coming to Downtown Healthcare. Everyone is always happy, upbeat & eager to help. I like that I can come in for my sessions on my lunch hour so I don't have to take time off of work. The staff really makes you feel appreciated as a patient & they care about your well being & health.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Having the combined resources of therapy and chiropractic in one coordinated place makes great sense and can be responsive to patient needs.

I was referred to Downtown Healthcare by a friend who has been going there for a couple of years. I was having lower back and hip pain. I suffered with this pain for almost a year before I started going to Downtown Healthcare. I started my treatment in mid August 2016. Although I am not pain free, the pain is much better than it was. By back is pain free. My hip started out as a pain point of 10 and is now down to a 4-5. Where I am now compared to where I was is amazing. I'm looking forward to be pain free. The doctors and the staff definitely care about you and they listen to your concerns. Everyone is super friendly and very approachable. I can speak from experience, not all doctor offices are like this. I highly recommend Downtown Healthcare to everyone. Doesn't matter if it is pain related, weight related, or even if you just want a massage. Check them out.
