My husband and I had an excellent experience with Eastern Title & Settlement. Our realtor had worked with this company in the past, and they recommended Eastern Title. I'm glad they did. Many people don't compare prices for their title company and can spend more than they need to because of it - after some comparisons I feel comfortable that we were not one of them. Eastern Title was very accommodating for our closing. All of their staff was responsive to our questions in the weeks leading up to it. Our closing attorney was terrific. He was very helpful, friendly, and great at walking us through the paperwork and answering any questions we had.

I was contacted earlier this week by Robert Dinh to set up an appointment for our settlement. We set up a date and time and Robert called to let us know that an earlier time was available due to a cancellation. This was appreciated since it enabled us to free up time to help a neighbor. Robert was very punctual and Professional; took time to go over each document and answer questions. Did not try to "rush" through the process. Ben was outstanding!! He explained everything thoroughly but also efficiently. There’s a lot of paperwork when purchasing a home and it can seem overwhelming at first. However, Ben made it easy and was there to answer any questions. Everything was done quickly and with a very high level of service. Would highly recommend!!

Generally, I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Eastern Title & Settlement. Although the closing date for my loan was changing daily, the specialist at Eastern Title was responsive and did all she could to accomodate my request to close ASAP. Quick and EASY. Plus Mr Goldman was very nice and he explained all the documents to us. He was also capable of answering our questions and refunding certain fees.

Very flexible and informative closing agent and agency. Had multiple last minute problems with buyer funding, location, and closing paperwork, but Eastern was able to work with County agencies and both agents to ensure all paperwork was completed despite errors outside of their control. Additionally, they were willing to change closing location and times 'on the fly' to accommodate buyer and seller needs due to the paperwork and funding problems. Finally, the closer was friendly and informative, and willing to take extra time as needed to explain paperwork to the first time home buyer. Would recommend to a friend. Thank you for making closing as seamless as possible despite difficult circumstances.

The settlement process was very efficient in terms of duration, detailed explanations by Rob, & comprehensiveness/inclusion of all necessary documents. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service. Due to special circumstances, the final documents & reimbursements are due in 4-6 weeks. Based on the initial experience, I anticipate the same quality of performance.
