Extremely pleasant to work with. Josh and Rob were flexible with our time, very understanding and professional. Rob arrived on time and explained the process and we were finished with everything in less than 30 minutes. I would absolutely consider Eastern Title for my closing again.

They were very fast and prompt with the paperwork. Their agent explained the paperwork and made sure I knew what I was signing. I am amazed at their turnaround speed! I was finally approved by my lender and Eastern had the paperwork ready to go the very next day! I will definitely recommend them my friends and family.

A very strong recommendation to Eastern Title & Settlement and their Account Executive/Settlement Agent Robert Dinh. We set up a meeting at our house to sign paperwork. Robert was very professional and represented Eastern in the best possible manner. He arrived at our house on time. He had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. His instructions were very clear and he was very professional in his approach. He had backups in case we erred. Eastern Title & Settlement certainly had a very good agent in him! Thank you for making the process so seamless.

I can truly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my TWO settlements with Eastern TItle. They were prompt, proficient, accurate, and very responsive to the needs of me and my client (which is of utmost important). My client really enjoyed that she did not have to leave her home to do the settlement. Your representative (Ben) that performed the settlement at My client's home was very efficient, mannerable, and took care of every lil detail. Today was our first time using Eastern for a settlement. The office was very convenient to get to, they had a large nice conference room. Both Josh and Robert were very professional and helpful. We did only the seller side of the transaction today so it went quick smooth and quickly. Carolyn was very efficient in the weeks leading up to the closing. We would recommend Eastern for your real estate settlement needs.
