Another excellent experience at Endodontic Associates of Illinois (8.22.22)! From the friendly front desk staff to Abby’s expert X-ray to Dr. Pawluk’s diagnostic and treatment excellence and their clear billing practices, this is a first-rate practice. This is the second site I have visited (it appears they have staff who ensure consistency in business, infection control and clinical operations between both sites). I am so grateful that Dr. Pawluk and his staff are providing care at these convenient locations! Thank you!!

Endodontic Associates of Illinois - Dr. John Pawluk I have had two dental implants by Dr. John Pawluk. He and his staff have been excellent at helping me out. They took care of everything from start to finish. I was very concerned that everything was going well. If I had any questions he would always take the time to explain everything in great detail. He worked with my dentist to get my teeth in as soon as possible.

The bestClexperience ever - from time of making appointment to the follow up care the morning after. Everyone was kind, professional, compassionate and efficient. The procedure was by far the best ever. Once the novocaine wore off I forgot I had a procedure. Not one ounce of pain or discomfort. Dr.Pawluk is the the #1 Endodontist and the the only Endo I will ever recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews but my first time experience was so amazing. I went for a root canal and was so terrified, my blood pressure became elevated. The staff was so attentive. From the beginning of the process until it was over, the service was absolutely amazing. The procedure was painless. Dr. Shay kept me informed every step of the way. The entire team was just awesome. They kept checking in on my progress. When the procedure was over, they reconfirmed the procedure charges making sure everything was accurate before I left. They even followed up with me the very next day on how I was doing. They were extremely professional. The equipment was top of the line, 3D images. A nice touch was the tv right above me as they performed the procedure. Lol, some Netflix would have been nice. Needless to say, I left wishing they had a general practice there but they didn’t. If ever I needed another root canal and I would hope not, this would be where I would go. It is without saying, this team of professionals was well worth the appointment. They really demonstrate a team of excellence. Adding additional ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having traveled a good distance to your office I was greeted with a welcome and professional staff who made me feel welcome and missed as a former patient the office was full of smiles willing to help and assist me with information and how to make my payment in which I was worried about The service was on time and efficient again I found the staff to be excellent in their performance and Dr John Pawluk was just as demanding on himself with his expectations When I was finished with my procedure I was completely appreciative for the staff and Dr Pawluk for making me feel like a person of respect and appreciation thank the staff again it hard to find a office like this one

This was my first experience at Endodontic Assoc. As I have been preparing for surgery in April, I needed to have a dental check up first. During that appointment my dentist found an infection and referred me to Dr. Pawluk. Even though I made an appointment to be there in 10 days, they had a cancellation for the next day & got me right in! I really appreciated it b/c my surgery is coming up soon. The staff at the front desk as well as Dr. Pawluk’s dental assistant were great. Kind, friendly, quite helpful. Both Dr. Pawluk & his assistant were very informative before & during the procedure making sure I was comfortable at all times. Even if you do not like the dentist-this place is great. And my tooth never felt better! Thanks

If one must have a root canal, this is the place to go. Dr does an efficient job of getting you in and out of the chair. I didnt have any discomfort whatsoever. Staff are all very courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend. Ps. Ive had a root canal done by Dr in the past... a few years ago.. the built up tooth is doing very well. Kudos!

I just returned home from my first experience with having a root canal procedure done. Though I have nothing to compare it to, I was pleased with a number of things. First of all, the staff was friendly and helpful in welcoming me and explaining my billing questions. The procedure went smoothly and was clearly done with utmost care and thoroughness. I felt much more at ease with the number of apparatus placed in my mouth and the drainage of saliva was better than I experienced before. I appreciated that my questions were addressed and explained thoroughly and was given very clear directives for what to expect and do once I returned home. Comfort was tended to with care as well. Overall, I am grateful, but do not wish to return, unless for a friendly visit!
