My experience was very positive. The dental assistant was very informative. She explained in detail the condition of my teeth and answered all my questions. She was very professional and I had a pain free cleaning. It was also nice to meet the new Doctor. She was very informative as well and very nice. The staff up front got me my next appointment the day I wanted. I was also very appreciative of the fact that I was able to get in at the last minute as with my work schedule I am on 24 hour call and have a hard time keeping appointments.

The staff is very friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable. They have several payment options to help patients with a budget too. When I called with a question the doctor got back to me right away and even made a special appointment for me when I had a concern, at no extra charge. I would recommend them to anyone but especially to those that might have a fear of dentists because they take so much time in making sure the patients feel safe and comfortable.

Dr. Garrison and his staff are absolutely the best! Not only is he an excellent dentist, his staff could write a book on service. They always remember my name and have time for a short chat. For someone who has never been comfortable with the dentist office, I am a changed person. I no longer stress out and actually look forward to my visit. The physical environment is also the best. I highly recommend Dr. Garrison and his staff.

The staff members and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The office is very clean and comfortable. My hygienist was very nice and ensured my exam, x-rays and cleaning were comfortable and complete. At this clinic they take a patient-centered approach and really make you feel at ease.

I am so happy that I went here! I usually experience a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist for cleanings or anything, but this time has changed my entire outlook on dental visits! I will never be stressed out about going to or putting off dental visits. I felt relaxed and they definitely have the patient's feelings as priority #1. This was very important to me! I have been a customer over 15 years and have received the same excellent quality of service on each visit. I'll never forget the time, my son knocked out his two front teeth and Dr. Garrison came out to the waiting room and explained everything in layman terms on what the next steps will be taken. I was very impressed with his personal approach during this traumatic event. The entire office staff are friendly and perform their jobs in a professional manner.

Everyone at Garrison are polite and friendly. The hygienists are efficient, yet take time to be thorough with their assessments and cleanings. The TV to watch/listen in the treatment areas are a nice addition. Making an appointment is simple and they send reminders via email and text- which is nice. Definitely recommend Garrison to family and friends.

The staff, from those at the reception desk to the young lady that cleaned my teeth to the dentist, were all very professional and friendly. I was taken back for my appointment right on time. They explained everything to me clearly and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left.

This was my first appointment here, and it was great. The staff was highlight of the experience, starting with the front desk. It seemed apparent that they had built a relationship with their patients. Secondly, I really enjoyed having my x ray explained to me, along with where I'm at on the scale of having healthy teeth and gums. My prior experience has been a brief "everything's good" or "floss more" at other places. I will be bringing my kids here as well.

I have gone to Dr. Garrison for around 13 years and all of my family goes there as well. The office has a very comfortable feel and a friendly staff throughout. I trust Dr. Garrison and I believe he looks out for the best interests of his patients. I would recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist in or near Smithville.

The staff at Garrison Dentistry is always welcoming and friendly. Although your visits are likely to be twice a year, the staff remember you and are happy to see you. My hygienist is always gentle and precise when cleaning my teeth, as well as making me feel comfortable if I am needing extra dental work done! I feel comfortable referring anyone to this practice and hope to someday be able to bring my entire family here!

Dr. Garrison and the staff make your dentist visits as pleasant as possible. I've never had to wait for a scheduled appointment. The office is clean and offers coffee, always a plus. The staff are friendly and kind, but professional in their areas of responsibility. The invoicing is easy and hassle free through my insurance. Overall, a great pain for the fabulous gain in seeing Dr. Garrison.
