From the moment I walked into Garrison Family Dentistry, I felt at ease. The waiting room is beautiful and the front office staff is very friendly and personable. My dental hygienist is wonderful and Dr. Garrison is very gentle and knowledgeable. I have bragged about Dr. Garrison and his staff so much, my husband and mother now go to Garrison Family Dentistry.

Every visit over the years has been a great experience. My visits have always been on time, which is very important to me! I can not tolerate sitting in a waiting room for an hour past my appointment time, I appreciate the fact that this does NOT happen at Garrison Dentistry. Pain free dentistry with a friendly office staff.

I have been most impressed with the total dental experience from the minute you walk through the front door, to meeting the dental support staff to the chair-side behaviors of the hygienist to Dr. Garrison. I brought high school students who were unable to pay for their extensive dental needs. The entire staff accommodated both the ways and means for these students to get their dental needs met. Amazing members of the Smithville professional community.

I always feel very comfortable at your facility. Your staff is very welcoming and friendly. You all provide excellent service. If I ever have any questions or concerns everyone is always willing to be helpful.

First, I never have to wait more than a minute or two. My time is respected and they do a great job of making sure you are in the chair at your appointment time. Second, the hygenists are all very well trained and gentle. I don't like the highpowered water scaling tools so my tender teeth are given the hand treatment. A great job is done in handling that sensitivity. Dr. Garrison is a real professional and a real gentleman. I haven't had any additional work done, but I haven't been told I needed any work done either. I would recommend Dr. Garrison and his staff to anyone!

You are acknowledged the minute you walk into the office. The facility is very clean, which is important to me. You do not have to wait long for them to call you back for your appointment. I have been places where I wait for long periods of time and that is very annoying because most people are on a tight schedule. The hygenist do a good job of cleaning your teeth. When you leave the office, you know your teeth are clean! Dr. Garrison seems to be a perfectionist when it comes to his work. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

It was awesome. All of my kids were very pleased with their experience as well as my husband and I. They didn't try to push anything on us, they were very quick and very friendly. VERY happy with the service provided.

The office is modern with the best equipment and very comfortable when you arrive. I have never had to wait; they try to stay on schedule. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The new equipment makes a trip to the dentist for cleaning a painless procedure. Dr. Garrison always sits down and talks to you about concerns/ general health before he proceeds with your checkup. It's a great place to go when you have to visit the dentist!

I've been going here for at least the past 3 years and have always been treated with friendly and comfortable service. Both the hygienists and Dr. Garrison excel at making you as comfortable as possible, while thoughtfully explaining any issues that arise and need addressed. You have no reason NOT to go here!

Dr. Garrison & his staff are AWESOME! Great office facilities, service is fantastic & he is the best dentist I've ever been too. I pulled my 3 younger boys out of their pediatric dentist years ago & now our entire family goes to Garrison Family Dentistry.
