We are so grateful for Mike's washing machine expertise! He diagnosed the problem of a faulty bearing within seconds of listening to our washing machine, and it's now functional again. Mike is conscientious and punctual. His appliance knowledge is extensive. The only negative aspect of this repair was the poor communication from the courier that delivered the replacement part. We had no idea when the part would arrive. This is of course outside Mike's control, and he even called us while he was on his vacation to check if the part had arrived! This was our third time using Green Machine Appliance Repair, and we'll call them when we next need an appliance repaired (hopefully not for a while!).

Our washing machine wasn’t draining properly so we contacted Green Machine to have them come take a look. Mike arrived promptly and after thoroughly assessing the issue, discovered that the drain pump needed replacing. He had the part in stock and did the replacement quickly. He also inspected the rest of the machine to make sure everything else was running smoothly. He checked in during the repair to keep me informed, and communicated everything he was doing clearly. Very thorough work - such a great experience. Will definitely call him if we ever have another appliance issue. Great service!

We are very satisfied with the services provided by Green Machine Appliance Repair. Three months ago our fairly new dishwasher stopped draining properly. We checked all the filters, ran baking soda/vinegar solution through it--nothing. Obviously we needed some professional help. We scheduled a visit from Green Machine Appliances by phone--we appreciated the operator working around our busy schedule and then being just as friendly and cheerful when we had to reschedule the visit. The repairman came on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, which I approved, and fixed the machine within the next 45 minutes, extracting a piece of glass that had blocked the pump. He took time to explain to me exactly what had happened and how to prevent it from happening again. He left the kitchen clean and dry. Three months after the repair, the machine is working just fine. Green Machine is a bit pricey, but the service is excellent, and is worth it.

Michael came well within the time window. He was very personable and when I explained the dryer issue he listened carefully. He then was able to reply with an explanation that showed he did clearly understand what I had explained. He was then able to quickly assess a likely problem that caused the issue and he went right to fixing it. Great service all around.

Mike was communicative and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my broken dryer quickly and told me how much the part would cost prior to installing and testing the dryer. He was personable, worked quickly, and gave me information as he worked about a broken washer I have at another property, which will help me to potentially save money. Pricing was competitive.

Green Machineis was so easy and pleasant to work with from making my appointment to getting my washing machine back to work. My repairperson Mike arrived at the appointed time and had called to say he was on the way. He discovers absecond problem with the machine and fixes that too! He gave me an accurate timeline for my parts to come in and for this install. He was clear and understandable ( I know nothing about appliances). The price was what he quoted and reasonable. I would recommend GM and specifically Mike to friends, neighbors and family.

The service was great, fixing my washing machine and refrig ice maker. They are very honest and reliable.

The technician was very helpful and explained everything well. I was glad to hear that after nearly 10 years of having my washing machine (it had never been serviced) that it is still in good shape and that my problem was user error (too much detergent causing odor and soap residue on the clothes). I liked that the company is local and didn't take 3 weeks to get an appointment!

Mike is a knowledgeable and helpful repair person and I will likely contact him for future repairs. My only complaint is that for our most recent service, it was difficult to schedule an appointment without leaving several messages. Other than that, I'm extremely happy that my dishwasher is working again.

My experience with Green Machine Appliance Repair, Inc. was excellent! I had a washing machine which had stopped spinning and draining. When I called Green Machine, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Mike called to let me know when he was on his way to my house on the day of the appt. He was careful, clean, professional, and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty pump, ordered a new one and came back to install it the next business day. Pricing is transparently detailed on Green Machine's website, and Mike walked me through the information again in person during the service call. I would love to work with Mike and Green Machine again in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The technician took his time to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher, and was completely honest and transparent about the costs involved with fixing vs replacing the dishwasher. He fixed the dishwasher so it will run, but suggested we replace the unit next time it breaks. The replacement parts would be close to or exceed the cost of a new unit, and with all the problems it has, it wouldn't be worth it to fix. He gave superb advice on how to select a new dishwasher, as well as quick fixes to try so it will last as long as possible. He was here over an hour, and did a very thorough, expert assessment. And he only charged the standard $98 fee to come to my home. I will be referring Green Machine Appliance repair to all my friends and family in need of their help! Thank you, Jennifer Jackson

Mike showed up 10 minutes into the 1:30-3:30 window scheduled. He was quick, efficient, honest and really nice. He pulled a piece of glass from my dishwasher pump and told me that the cost would just pretty much be a service call fee. At this point I asked if he would look at our fridge which had stopped making ice. Unfortunately the motor was broken so he drove to his supplier and returned with the part--which was less than he had quoted. Installed and ready to go. Really couldn't be happier.
