This was my first time to H'ville Family Dentistry and I was impressed! Staff are friendly, equipment is top notch and Dr. Harbin and his team are amazing. I appreciated that they explained each step along the way. I also appreciated their conservative approach to dental care and felt good about their suggestions. I also didn't feel like they were trying to "sell" me on things I don't need as I've felt that way with other dentists. I highly recommend Hendersonville Family Dentistry - they are one of the best for sure!

Both Docs were very nice and made me feel comfortable going to them. We just moved to Hendersonville from another state so it was difficult to just pick just any dental group without knowing people giving referrals but an emergency forced me in. Now my whole family are going to the Hendersonville Family Dentristry Group!

Your staff is FABULOUS!!!!! I came in with my daughters(age 10 and 3), Both of their hygienists were very helpful and informative since i couldn't be in the room with the girls while I was getting my teeth cleaned, they came to my exam room and gave me detailed information on each child. The front office staff was amazing very nice and welcoming. I literally walked in, said my last name and gave them my new patient paperwork and was done...waited maybe 10 minutes before they called my first daughter back. My hygienist Angelia was AMAZING-she explained everything that was going on and how to make my smile better by doing different things at home and what products worked best!!! Love this place and so glad we chose it as our new dental office!!! Dr. Harbin and Dr. Jones are Amazing they were friendly and informative!!!! GREAT OFFICE, and only about 2 miles from home!! :)

I, like most people, do not like going to the dentist, but this was a very pleasant experience. They are thorough and timely, and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me things it find extra things to do to make more money. You guys seriously rock!

Dc. Jones was very easy to talk to and made my visit alot easier. Will be back as soon as my extraction site heals to get more work done. An was actually pretty quick.

Every staff member I encountered was professional and kind. I've had some awful experiences at other offices, but this office will continue to have me as a patient. I had zero wait time and felt like everyone truly cared.

Very timely with regards from arrival time to time of service. Thorough , professional and reasonably priced. Timely reminder for appointments and follow up made before leaving. The hot coffee/cocoa in the waiting area are awesome!
