LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is always professional and courteous. I never have to wait long- I am in and out! The hours are great so I don't have to miss work. They make me feel comfortable and address every concern I have, even cosmetic issues. I will continue to go here even if my insurance changes and will keep telling people I know about this team!

They are awesome! Love the massage chair (it had an option for a heated seat...and it is always cold at the Dentist's office!) I felt no pain, and was totally relaxed. The staff is wonderful. Thanks!

My insurance last year did not allow me to come to Dr. Harbin who i and my mother have been patients for at least 5 years. I went to another dentist, name unmentioned so my post is not deleated, but they are on Gallatin Road close to the auto zone. I missed Dr. Harbin and his staff. Genuine smiles and always seem to be in really good moods. They are NEVER pushy and tell you you must do this or that or possible have some horrible result. The last place had one after the other trying to sell me something. They even have "team meetings each morning to discuss patients they have never even seen" the receptionist slipped and told me that. It seems many dentist are doing this now. I love my experence at Hendersonville Family Dentistry, so glad to be back. Last night after my 6:00 pm appoinment so I didn't have to miss any work, I went home and didnt even want to eat b/c I just wanted to run my tongue over my clean pearly white teeth.

I have had not enough time to get a full experience...just went in for xray and checkup. I will return for clean. Found the facility up to date with technology. Next is too have a clean

I enjoyed my visit to the office yesterday. I found the dentist and the associates to be very nice people to deal with, and I appreciate that very much.

Its always been a very pleasant experience. No hardsell on what I need; reasonable cost; notification/reminders are very good and helpful.

Sunday evening, before I made my visit. I was eating and a filling broke out from one of my teeth. I was in a lot of severe pain. Monday morning I needed to get to a dentist to correct the problem. I tried multiple dentist offices and was unable to get in to any of them. I found Hendersonville family dentistry's website and called. They said they could fit me in. When I got there the staff was friendly and inviting. When I got to the back to get worked on I was told a root canal was needed to correct the issue and that it could be performed shortly. After the procedure I was completely pain free and had no problems. I highly recommend this office to anyone!!!!!

For a first timer, you guys were so friendly, patient, professional and fun. Definitely a calm peaceful environment. I felt very comfortable (as much as could be expected for getting multiple cavities filled.) I love the personal dental plan that you offer, even though I was covered by my husbands, its nice to know other options. The price was very affordable. I arrived early and you guys were able to see me early. I've already scheduled a return visit. Thank You!

Hendersonville Family Dentistry has served our family for years. We appreciate the friendly staff, appointment reminders and the exceptional work done by Dr. Harbin everytime. I so appreciate you taking care of me & starting me on much needed meds until I can get in to see my ENT. Not only did you see me once, but twice when I wasn't feeling any better and at no charge!!
