Our project was expensive & covered an entire week, but had to be done. The whole team, & notably Mike & Lloyd, were very diligent, prompt & courteous. They took pains to explain every step fully. Everything was thoroughly cleaned up at the end. I couldn't have asked for more professional service.

I always receive excellent and responsive service from Hoffmann Brothers. I travel quite a bit often on an unpredictable schedule and they can almost always get out the day I call or the next day to fix the problem completely. John S has been the technician for several of my recent issues, and he is fantastic, very thorough and methodical in his approach.

We had a mess and the sink was all backed up in this old house with old pipes. According to John the basement pipes where the old and new pipes meet were only holding together with the goo inside. John worked so hard and was so careful to keep the pipes from bursting and averting a disaster. He cleaned everything up, explained everything thoroughly and was so kind and helpful. What a great employee and representative of your company. I would like to mention also how quickly he arrived. For the work he did and the time he spent here, it was well worth the price.

I want to thank Steve and Cole both for the wonderful service they gave us. Originally we thought our problem (a leak) was coming from our dishwasher. Cole quickly determined it was caused by a leaking toilet on the other side of the wall and immediatly helped us secure the expertize of Steven to repair the real problem. I wanted to let you know hat I have used the "budget" plumbers in the past with poor results at best. I still believe your prices are fair and overall you get what you pay for. I received high quality, professional service with a personal approach when I expressed my concerns. My place of business uses Hoffmann for all of their plumbing and HVAC needs. I also hear the ads on the Dave Glover Show. I knew I would be getting high quality service.

I know I could have Best Buy install for free, but I wanted a professional to install my dishwasher. Turns out that I needed a bigger hole for the drain hose drilled, Worked on adjusting the power line behind unit, mounted the power box under sink, (best buy would have stopped the install)..very well done! Well worth the price to have it done right the first time. Would do it again - very pleased

I was pleased by the response from Hoffman Brothers plumbers when we had a sudden failure of the tank on our main floor guest bathroom toilet. Steve was prompt and very professional; he provided three repair options with cost estimates. We chose one option; Steve went to the plumbing supply house and selected the materials; returned in 90 minutes and completed the project that afternoon. Steve cleaned up the area and left. We had a thoroughly professional job on the money. Overall we are quite happy with our experience with Hoffman Brothers plumbers, electricians and appliance repair.

I called and was able to get someone here on Monday . Although the news was bad in terms of the cost and amount of work that needed to be done I could trust Joe the plumber with his assessment of the problem. He was kind and compassionate and did a great job . . The staff helped me finance the work so I could get it done quickly . I used Hoffman Brothers before and liked the work thar was done and the professionalism and friendliness of the plumber. The price was a little better than with other plumbers by using the coupons plus I felt comfortable with having their worker in my house. This last visit was no different. It is important to me to have trust in the people who come into my home to do work. I would definitely call Hoffman Brothers for other work. This time I called because my water bill was higher than usual. Everything was checked not just what I thought was causing the problem. The actual culprit was repaired quickly and effectively.

Andy was sent to fix a bathtub faucet He was on time, friendly and went above and beyond to fix the problem. When the existing faucet couldn’t be repaired, he went in search of a replacement one by the same maker in the same finish to ensure the kids had a functioning shower that day. It was a Friday afternoon. . I would recommend him to anyone.

Did a great job on tankless water heater annual check up/flush. Wish they had given me a more specific time serviceman would come out. Got surprised by the additional service fee charged to come out. Was not told that at scheduling.

This was the first time using Hoffman Brothers, we had some leaky bathroom and kitchen faucets needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with the service they provided. Very friendly receptionist on phone when I call to schedule the service. Andy came out and explained what needed to be done to fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to fixed our faucets. I received great service from Hoffman Brothers. They recently replaced my hot water heater. Their pricing was competitive, their staff was always courteous, informative and responsive. They were detailed, explaining the processes and every detail of the work they would perform. The gentleman that actually performed the work was polite, fast and efficient. The Hoffman plumber arrived on time. He was courteous and explained things well. We discussed what needed to be done (replace four shut-off water valves), and he stated that we probably didn't need to replace two of the valves, if he could manage to break them loose--they probably had not been opened in many years. In fact, he was able to open the valves, saving me several hundred dollars. Needless to say, I am very pleased with his work.

Both of my kitchen sinks were clogged so much that the water was beginning to fill up my dishwasher. I called Hoffmann Brothers Plumbing and within an hour they had someone at my house. The associate who handled our plumbing worked hard to get our problem solved efficiently (keeping cost down) while still effectively getting the root of the problem fixed. Just had an amazing experience with Nick Gardner from Hoffman Bros. Nick came in with the most fantastic demeanor after some plumbing damage left our home partially flooded. He was amazingly patient and super helpful, making sure that all our questions were answered along the way. Trying to find a good company to perform services like this is stressful enough and it can be uncomfortable to have a complete stranger in your house to carry out those services but after a couple of hours with Nick we were swapping jokes and stories and had a huge chunk of our anxieties alleviated. Our family will definitely be calling on Hoffman Bros the next time we need them.
