I had a leak from a copper supply line. I called Hoffmann and got same day service. The Plummer was fast and courteous and prices were reasonable. I will definitely use Hoffmann again if plumbing help is required.

The service technicians were very professional, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were going to do in detail and then completed the work as they described. They also alerted me to some potential problems (and solutions) that may occur due to the age of my house. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

Fantastic experience. Nick thoroughly explained all the options and was able to get started within two days (Stack Replacement). He showed up on time and did an excellent job on the work. Unfortunately, there was a minor issue with the tub drain that did not pass the county inspection, but Hoffmann came out (Tom, I believe) and fixed it immediately without having to play a lot of phone tag and get the re-inspection set up for the same day. Every individual I spoke with at Hoffmann was courteous and professional. Would 100% recommend them to anybody looking for plumbing work.

We most recently had two separate instances requiring plumbing repairs in our home. We contacted Hoffmann Brothers for the first instance since we had heard and seen good reviews; we were impressed by the quick response, the thorough job the technician performed, and the respectful professionalism displayed by the technician who performed the repair. When we needed to call a plumbing company again for the second repair, we did not hesitate in contacting Hoffmann Brothers. Once again, we were impressed. Hoffmann Brothers appears to be a company who understands what customer service means. We will definitely be calling them for any future repairs needed in our home.

Hoffmann Brothers Plumbing was recommended by a friend after hearing about the problems I was having with my sewer drain. The first plumbing company got their drain snake stuck in drain! After 2 days their solution was to tear up the floors in my newly remodeled basement floor! I needed a second opinion before I would do that! The second plumbing company came, tried to actually hand pull the snake and gave up. He actually asks me to sign his phone for charges I couldn’t see! I spent 3 days with NO plumbing! I couldn’t even run water! The sewer was backing up! Hoffmann Brothers arrived. They explained their prices before they even started. This was the third time a Plumbing company camera down the pipe but it was the first time I was getting a copy on a thumb drive that they provided! Within 15 minutes they removed the 15 feet of the stuck snake cable. They ran their camera again and showed me what needed to be done. After a short time my drain was perfectly clear of roots and debris. I had no reason to tear up my floor! They recommended I have my drains checked at least once a year. They also explained some more ways to completely fix my 45 year old plumbing lines. They cleaned up completely. John and Luke were true professionals and I am happy to have them in case I have any future plumbing issues!
