Everything was more than satisfactory. Only critique was that we were told there would be a follow up call the next day which did not happen. There were no problems however.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hansen and his staff. When I called for an appointment they got me right in. They made me feel at ease with my surgery and went the extra mile to get results with the insurance company. I have additional surgery to be done and am not concerned at all. What a great team!

Everyone was so friendly! Made me feel comfortable and safe. Everyone who was giving me the treatment took their time to get to know me. 5 stars on everything. Especially professionalism. It was a great experience. I’m glad to have chosen Identity Oral. And I must say... I felt little to NO PAIN after the surgery. Meaning the doctor and everyone involved in my surgery did an AMAZING job. Forever grateful.

I have been a patient for over a year starting with having implants removed from my sinus cavity which were causing me constant sinus infections. Dr. Hanson did NOT put these in, by the way, but he saved me by recognizing the problem and then surgically removing them! Just recently, I had new implants put in and also some old tooth roots removed that the prior dentist left behind. My experience at Identity has been the best! I highly recommend them and have full confidence in them.

From the moment I called to schedule a time to have a tooth extracted, to when I left the office after the tooth was removed, it was a fantastic experience. I got an appointment less than a week after I called. I was treated with courtesy and kindness, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Almost no pain having the tooth extracted, just the needle to numb up the area. And even that was miniscule. The assistants and doctor asked my preference on everything. They were happy and joking with me. And the procedure went smoothly and quickly. There were no complications, then nor after. Pain after was mild and over the counter meds addressed it just fine. If needed I would go back in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend this place to everybody else.

Dr. Hansen and his surgical assistant Tami did a great job with my wisdom teeth removal. The surgery went fast and very smoothly. I had a local anesthesia but I didn’t feel any pain. I healed quickly and there were no complications. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly.

Dr Hansen and staff responded immediately to my needs regarding a sore tooth that needed extraction. They were prompt, professional, friendly and courteous. Performed efficient and technically fantastic work on my tooth. Got me in quickly and relieved my pain. I can’t say enough good about this clinic! Thank you and thanks to my dentist for the referral!

I came in for an unscheduled wisdom teeth extraction during Covid. They got me right in, extracted the teeth so quickly, and head me out so fast. I healed up fine. The staff and doctor were exceptional!

I love this place! I was pretty nervous before surgery, but I shouldn't have been. The whole staff really cares about each patient that comes in. They helped calm my nerves, made me feel comfortable, and were very kind to me. They made me feel safe, and that I was in good hands. I was extremely nervous when I arrived. The office is beautiful. They had a nice movie going so my spouse was entertained while I was being taken care of. The staff from start to end were awesome. Dr. Hansen and his assistant were excellent. Thy kept checking with me ensuring I was comfortable. They were very gentle and explained everything taking place. Today I went to have stitches out and had the same experience. Thank you for having a beautiful environment and providing TLC to those with bad nerves.

I feel that everything went very well. Dr Hansen done a good job and I was very pleased with the outcome. I have not had any pain, brusing or swelling and have not needed any pain killing meds. I recently had an emergency with a wisdom tooth. Dr Hansen fit me into their schedule that same day. His staff was friendly and efficient and he did a great job removing a difficult tooth. Although it is only my second day since surgery I am doing amazing. Only had a short time with intense pain that only pasted a couple of minutes but other than that it has been a very easy experience. If any problems arise I will make sure to be in contact but at this point I am very happy with the service I was provided! Thanks so much!!

I recently completed the 4 on 4 dental implant procedure with Dr. Hansen. He has given me the best smile I could ever hope to have and in doing so has given me my life back. I have been considering this procedure for several years and feel very grateful that his ability to inspire me to trust him, along with very reasonable pricing compared to other surgeons I met with, gave me the courage to finally make this life changing decision. I have had significant amounts of oral surgery done my entire life and my experience with Dr. Hänsen has been the best by far. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional from the first encounter. The environment is comfortable and as a patient I felt cared for and understood and the procedure ( 2 implants ) was explained well. After the procedure Dr. Hansen was available even after hours to respond to questions. I was almost pain free the day after the procedure and back to almost normal by the third day. I gladly will refer to Dr. Hänsen without reservation.
