My visit was a referral from my primary Dentist. The visit went well and Dr. Hansen and his staff were very professional and enjoyable to be around. Top notch outfit here, highly recommended. From the beginning, my experience with Dr. Hansen’s oral Surgery office was perfect. From the x-ray and the consult, to the actual surgery, the quality of care I received could not have been better. My comfort appeared to be their number one concern. I appreciate that I was referred to this office, and I will definitely recommend this practice to anyone I can.

Dr. Hansen did a great job helping my son feel at ease about getting his tooth removed and was able to fit us in the same day as our consultation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hansen for your oral surgery needs.

I had all four wisdom teeth pulled under local anesthesia. I felt absolutely no pain and it was such a comfortable experience. The recovery was also incredibly easy, with very little swelling or discomfort. There were no complications with infection or pain whatsoever.

When my husband needed extensive oral surgery we were referred to Identity Oral Surgery, and from our first visit it was evident that this office was focused on customer care. They were through in the teaching of the process we would be going through, responded quickly to questions and concerns. An excellent and competent staff. A great fit.

I sought out Identity Oral to have an implant post placed for a future crown. The office staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Dr Hansen is reassuring with a great blend of confidence and expertise along with a very easy going manner that puts the patient at ease immediately. They were able to schedule my procedure within a week and when I ran into an issue with a medical clearance the patient advocate was amazing in getting through the red tape and paperwork so I was able to have the implant as originally scheduled. The procedure was easy and smooth. They explained everything in detail and called the following day to make sure I was ok. The post surgery discomfort was manageable - nothing beyond what one would expect after oral surgery. The only drug necessary was ibuprofen for the following week although they are concerned that you don't suffer with pain beyond what you can tolerate without stronger drugs. This is an office that is totally dedicated to giving the best patient care they can. I recommend them unreservedly and will return if I ever need dental surgery again.

I have a huge problem with my teeth, to say the least. Dr. Preston Hansen has been and continues to be the best dentist I have ever had. His staff also rate 5 stars! I still have a long way to go to finish my dental work before I am finished. Dr. Hansen and his staff work very hard and go out of their way to help me feel comfortable whenever I am in their office. I couldn't recommend them higher.

My experience with getting implants was as easy as having a dental checkup and I am one of those that have fear and anxiety over dental work. I had the sedation and didn't feel one thing. Dr. Hansen is very nice and gives detailed information on everything you may be having done. Everyone there is friendly and easy going. I am certain that anyone needing any kind of oral surgery would be very pleased with his work and his ability to make you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him.

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Hansen and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and most of all caring. Our 8 year old daughter was the patient and has commented several times that if she ever has to have teeth removed again, she wants to go back to Dr. Hansen!
