Greg has been our salesman since 2013 when we bought our first Avalon. Last week we bought a 2015 Avalon from him. For us to return to Joe Machens & Greg in Columbia, MO since we are residents of Jefferson City, MO tells you volumes about how highly we view Greg. Greg is very skilled and sharp at what he does. He goes above and beyond with customer satisfaction. He absolutely will bend over backwards to meet your needs. Whatever issue or concern we had, Greg took care of it and always very promptly. We are very fortunate to have met Greg two years ago. He operates in a FIVE star capacity.

Machens beat other Toyota dealerships in cities much closer to us. We drove 250 miles for the 2nd time in 4 years to purchase from Machens. Machens beat out Toyota dealerships in Cape Girardeau Poplar Bluff St. Louis area and Memphis area.

Mose is awesome! I purchased my 2010 Mustang from Machens Toyota a few weeks ago and chose Mose for the second time to work with as my sales rep. He is great to work with, easygoing and never makes me feel pressured into buying a vehicle because he wants to make a sale. We are now approaching our first month of ownership of our 2015 Toyota Highlander. We love the vehicle!!! We are from Kansas City and communicated with 11 different Toyota dealerships as we began shopping for a new Highlander. Of those dealerships that responded to us, Kate Driskill at Joe Machens Toyota of Columbia was a standout. While price was our primary interest, we came to also value the prompt and courteous treatment that we were afforded. We live 130 miles from Columbia and we firmly believe that the “deal” and the customer service that we received were well worth the drive. Kate made the experience seamless. Kate had informed us that she would not be available to meet us on the day that we took delivery of our new Toyota. She had alerted us that the delivery would be handled by a very experienced sales associate, Danny Gingerich. To say that she put us in good hands with Danny would be an understatement! Danny was a real gentleman who patiently took the time to go over the vehicle and walked us through the transaction as if we were still contemplating a purchase. Clearly, he enjoys his work, his clients, his employer, and the product that he represents. It is little wonder that he has enjoyed a tenure of over 20 years with Joe Machens! I really enjoyed working with Jim Ellis. He was very personable and extremely helpful. He took time to ensure that I was satisfied with the truck and was very helpful with explaining sales promotions and with helping locate accessories for the truck that I purchased. I also worked with Corry Fields in the Business office who was very informative and helpful for securing financing for my new truck.

It was great! Everyone we came into contact with was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never felt like we were getting the run around and truly feel like we got the best deal possible.

I would highly recommend Bill Hinson as he is very conscious and works hard to make sure the customer is treated fair with any need being considered.

Rafael was very helpful and patient. When I went in I didn't really plan on buying a van but the price was right and the people were friendly. I love how everyone opens the doors when you come in it makes you feel special. I'm in retail and customer service and I feel like your dealership goes above and beyond for your customers and that is what makes them loyal and good advertisers for your business. As always, our overall experience with y'all was excellent. Benjamin was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Everyone involved in our purchase was efficient and knowledgeable. Our only complaint, very minor one, is we had a set time to come and talk to Jeff and sign the papers, etc., and it took about a 1/2 hour before we got to see him. We were on time, because my husband Thomas is always on time :O) Thank you for making each customer feel special and important to you.
