I made the deal over the phone. Rafael Romero found the truck I wanted, sent me various pictures of the vehicle and got me a good deal. Jeff Rackers set up the financing. We made one eighty mile trip and within a couple hours we were driving home in our new truck. Both Rafeal and Jeff did an excellent job making the whole transaction as hassle free as possible. I appreciated that very much. This is the second truck I have bought from Joe Machens through Rafeal and their service has been outstanding. I LOVE MY TRUCK

Everybody was very nice,a couple people came by Moses desk and said hi to me, The truck was at another dealer so took a while to get it switched. But We went and ate lunch so it was not a big deal, I was happy with the deal I got. All in all was pleased with my purchase of my used 2005 Ford F150 !!

I bought the Prius over the phone. The process was simple and to the point. The car was delivered by Ryan Hagan. I can't remember who took care of the paper work. I purchased a new truck in September Cameron Tigg and Kate Driskill Helped me get the truck I wanted. I was highly pleased with the purchase. Then I had it just two weeks and it was involved in a accident and was totaled out. I called Kate and she ordered me a new truck just like the one I had. I took delivery of it on Monday oct 27 and am tickled to death with it. Kate went above and beyond to help me get the truck and to get me a diminished value report on my 2013 rav 4 which was damaged in the same accident I also want to say that Jeff Simmons helped me get my extra mechanical insurance transferred to my new truck from the one that was involved in the accident. Since 2006 I have purchased 3 pickups from your dealership and have been very happy with all the people I have had contact with..In 2013 I wanted a Rav 4 but went to another dealer and bought it. I was very unhappy with everyone at that dealership and decided I would not buy from them again. So when I wanted a new pickup I called Joe machens dealership and talk to Cameron Tigg and he told me they were at a new location and there was no traffic problems getting to the dealership so ordered my truck from him over the phone. If and when I want to buy a new truck or car I will come to joe Machens Toyota Because everyone I had contact with at that dealership went out of their way to help me get the truck I wanted at a very fair price. I want to give special thanks to Kate as she put up with me calling or emailing her several times while waiting on my new truck to arrive .

Mike listened to me when I told him I din't want high pressure. He waited till the truck (with details) came through, then called me immediately. I feel He worked hard at getting me the Tacoma I wanted at a price that worked for both of us. I am very pleased to be back with Joe Machens. Next step is to be back with Ford Credit.
