Jose and Jaylen were very friendly and efficient. They called ahead to let me know they were coming. I had only made the appointment a few hours before on the same day that they came. They had all the correct equipment to dispose of my landscaping waste. They made quick work of their visit. It was easy to make payment and I got a $20 discount for booking online. I will definitely use Junk Dawgs in the future.

The two Junk Dawgs technicians Colten and Joe provided me with excellent service today. They were right on time, and conducted themselves very professionally. Since this was my first experience with Junk Dawgs it was very rewarding to me. I'm a senior citizen and both Colten and Joe helped me a lot in opening boxes to check inventory so I might not throw away important items. I really was very please and will refer Junk Dawgs to friends and associates that I now. Thank you very much.

I needed to clear house and yard before a house sale. Called your friendly dispatcher on Tuesday and your guys were out the next day. They were friendly and professional, did the job quickly and cleaned up afterward. Very good job.

Initial phone call to the company was quite easy. The lady on the phone was courteous and explained the process very clearly. The day of the scheduled service, I received a call to let me know they were on their way with an ETA. Colten, Joe and Nate arrived and I showed them what “junk” I wanted removed which ended up being a bit more that what I originally asked for. The guys were professional, courteous and friendly. When the job was complete, they even blew the leaves and debris off my driveway. Their attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend these guys.

Called and got same day service which by itself is amazing! Anthony and Jose were both quick and very respectful pleasure to have them. They told me what was going to happen and the expected price and delivered it in a time efficient manner. Definitely going to go with you guys again and hopefully I can personally request them again, fantastic customer service!

I had to use you guys last year, so I thought it was perfect to use you guys again because of how quick and reliable you are! I woke up to find that my roommate had left his king size mattresses - he’s moving back to Florida. So frustrated, because I needed all of his stuff out. That same morning, I scheduled pick up same morning. Jalene and Nate were fantastic! In and out within 20 mins. Easy peasy! Such awesome guys! I think I’ll forever use Junk Dawgs!

Jose & Colton are outstanding. They arrived in time, nothing was an issue, they got all my junk cleared away very quickly and even swept up. Had a great experience with Junk Dawgs. I got a response back very quickly and they were very friendly. The two gentlemen (Jose and Anthony) who came to get our furniture had great communication to coordinate the directions to get to the apartment. They were so friendly and I appreciated them asking my elderly mother how she was doing. I will definitely choose this company again if I need service in the future.

Jose and Anthony worked fast and very friendly. Honest quote before removal that was true to pricing after job finished. Price seemed a little high for what was removed. But I needed quick service and the quote before job matched pricing afterwards so there was no surprises.

When we first looked for a junk removal team, we always saw ads for 1-800-Got-Junk? When I tried to call, the answering service said "Thanks for calling" and then hung up. I was not happy at all. So I did a search and found Junk Dawgs. I was not disappointed. They came out the same day I called. Since the phone service was horrible, I emailed them. I got a response almost immediately. They came out within 40 minutes and went over the pricing with an estimate. So here is how the day went. Nathan and Colten arrived quickly. Their personality and demeanor led me to believe I had found the right company. I have been deceived before so my flags were up. However, this was not the case. Both members were courteous and friendly. We were cracking jokes the whole time and even laughed quite a bit. I felt great, I cannot express how grateful I was to have contacted this company. Our junk was quickly removed, honestly, I was shocked at how fast they worked. Both Nathan and Colten were highly courteous, they did not even look the other way when we said something was staying. However, when I showed them what was junk, it was immediately snatched up and loaded. The professionalism exceeded expectations. Not to mention, the estimated load and price were right on the money. They worked very well with us and got us free of unnecessary items so we could our lives back together. Would I recommend Junk Dawgs to other families in need of disbursing their junk? Without a doubt. Junk Dawgs was the perfect choice, I could not be any more satisfied with this company. Should we need someone later for the removal of unwanted stuff, I will definitely use Junk Dawgs again. Thank you very much for the best experience of junk removal. They even cleaned up their mess.

I am thrilled to be able to share about the excellent customer service I received from the team of Anthony and Jalen. From the first phone call to set up the appt, I could tell I was going to be well taken care of. I was able to get an appt set up for less than 24 hours after I called which made me so happy! When Anthony and Jalen arrived, they were friendly, engaging and very professional in how they approached the job. I had a garage full of junk and they were able to get everything loaded up within 30 minutes. It felt like such a relief to get the garage emptied with the two of them loading up the truck with ease. Afterwards our neighbor commented on how great our garage looked after they were through. I would highly recommend using this company of Junk Dawgs, and especially the team of Anthony and Jalen. Junk Dawgs has excellent customer service and goes above and beyond in making sure their services fulfill the customer's needs quickly and efficiently. I appreciated that they give you a time frame that they will arrive within, as well as giving you a 15 minute notice before their arrival. They clarify with you what you need taken care of when they arrive, give you a quote prior to the services to be done, and make certain you are okay with their price for the job prior to doing the work. Ty & Jose arrived on time, were professional, courteous, affable, and paid attention to details making certain they got the job done correctly and well.
