Professional, thorough, personable, and most of all efficient. They did not waste time, and most importantly they filled the truck up to the max. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who needs a hauling service.

The pick up date was 3/3/23 Jose and VG? were polite, courteous and on time. They provides great service and were pleasant to work with. There was a minor issue with billing. I called after the pick up and the office staff worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the issue. Excellent service!! Th customer service was exceptional. Their communication was exceptional, too. Their were prompt and on time even in the rain. The quality of work was great. They allowed me to check some boxes before they loaded my items. Price to value was great; I had no questions. Jalen explained the pricing and reviewed my storage before starting work. Everything was great. I had another company cancel on me at the last minute. I called junk dawg's and Ryan, Colton and Mike were great. They scheduled me for the next day, the quote was affordable a d they were prompt and quick with moving the junk from my home. And they were very pleasant great customer service. I will be working with them again.

Good morning. I had the pleasure of working with Jose & Joseph from Junk Dawgs on the weekend. They arrived on the scheduled time and were ready to go to work. They were very kind, polite and extremely PROFESSIONAL. Jose explained what the price would be before they began the work after I showed them what I wanted removed. They did an AWESOME JOB and I have another room downstairs that I need JUNK removed this summer and if possible, I would appreciate requesting JOSE & JOSEPH. I know that may not be possible, but I will request them. They even offered to sweep the room where they removed the junk. I said ABSOLUTELY NOT. That is NOT YOUR JOB. These guys are very HARD WORKERS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. You should be PROUD TO HAVE THEM WORKING FOR YOUR COMPANY. Thank You very much for Jose & Joseph’s HARD WORK. OVERLY PLEASED.

Fabulous! They were professional, informative, friendly and answered all my questions. They returned my inquiry literally within minutes. Ryan and Paloma were the receptionists who took my calls (on 2 different days)and they were wonderful giving me so much confidence in feeling this was a company of integrity and professionalism. Jalen and Joe were the team demolishing our hot tub and hauling it away - I could not be happier with the job they did! They worked hard and kept the time to the 2 hours they said the job would take. As a construction company we always are looking for a good way to dispose of the trash. We tried junkdawgs today and I was very happy with them. Jose and Anthony had a great attitude and did a complete job with no complaining. I will be using them whenever we have a project in the area.
