My husband's and my experience at the Lorette Family dental was excellent. The quality of care is very good. After each appointment, we received a follow up phone call inquiring about our well being. The level of comfort is also very good. During our appointments the dentist and her assistants, frequently ask if we are comfortable and feeling OK. The staff and dentist are very friendly. As you walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "hello". We believe the Lorette Family Dental thrive to achieve excellent care, provide a positive and comfortable experience, all in a friendly environment.

The hygienist was super friendly and efficient (sorry do not remember her name). It was the first time I had Dr. Mallette, she was very personable, explained things well and did a great job on an unexpected filling.

This was most positive dental experience I have ever had in my dental visits at all the other places over the years. The receptionist was more than pleasant...She also informed me of an estimate and when it came time to pay it was less than the estimate..Wow. I will be happy to go on this coming Wednesday for a Cleaning. You even took me care of me as I had arrived to your office quite a few hours prior to my 3:30 p.m. dental for chipped front tooth appt. And it was there that you said you could take me for my appointment instead of waiting for 3:30 p.m. All I wanted to do is fill out the forms required as I had a lot of background to explain and it would take me some time. I needed this front tooth repaired today as I was doing a presentation the next day and I did want to be able to smile without being conscious of the missing part of this tooth. I am very grateful that Dr. Winestock and his assistant did all the work with no freezing.....Unbelievably quick painless service. with very professional dentist along with his assistant I am very pleased I don't have to travel into Winnipeg anymore, now that have dealt with you right here in Lorette. Most sincere thanks to all of you....I just have to remember your names correctly. Evelyn

The Staff at Lorette Family Dental is always super friendly, as if you see them every day! They always work to book you in super quick, and I love that they text to find the schedule that fits you! They always do a thorough job and it’s just great!

I absolutely love going to Lorette Demtal care. Have been to several other locations but this is the place I like the most. Very professional and kind! Would recommend them to everyone!

Amazing, friendly and hard working staff all around! Receptionist offered a friendly greeting upon arrival and was very kind and helpful! Dental hygienist was super kind, good at her job, gave great advice on tooth care, informed me on Invisiline and overall a delight!(Deserves a raise)! The dentist herself was also super kind, knowledgeable and you can tell she’s compassionate about her job and is really willing to help you have the healthiest teeth! Lots of other dentists clean your teeth, won’t even try taking an initiative into your own life and then try to get rid of you as fast as possible! They often will tell you to just keep brushing and flossing, and never go into detail about what exactly you should be doing to have healthy teeth! But with Avant Dental Care in Lorette, they informed me on what was the best option for me going forward and how to keep my teeth for as long as possible! Overall 10/10 experience and highly recommend for all your dental needs!

I had a wonderful experience, all the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable at all times.

I attended Lorette Dental on Nov. 23/17 with an aching tooth. I was taken right away and examined. It was found I had an infection in the tooth and a root canal recommended. The proceedure was started and half finished when it was too painful to continue. The freezing was having no efect. The doctor subsequently put me on penicillin till Dec. 5 and the situation was resolved at that time. the staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly. Pain was kept to a bare minimum. I will deinately return again if I experience pain again.

5 Stars. I called in with severe pain, had no idea if it was sinus or tooth pain. They fit me in and stayed late to help me, relieved me of the worst of my pain so I could function over the weekend. Everyone in the office was very kind and friendly. I've since brought all my children and my mother and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you for your kindness, expertise and professionalism.

Had a great experience today with Sam who cleaned my teeth without freezing. He was aware that I have not had good experiences in the past and was very understanding of these concerns. He was considerate, patient and extremely gentle. As a hygienist you are outstanding. THANK YOU SAM.

The staff at Lorette Dental Centre are very welcoming and friendly. My children felt comfortable with the dental hygienist and Dr. Mohammad, which made their experience a positive one for their cleaning and check-up. Also, I appreciated their step-by-step explanation of my filling procedure, especially since this was a first time experience for me. I felt at ease knowing what to expect. Lorette Dental Centre is great for families and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
