I knew it wAs time to have my teeth cleaned, so why not try Lorette Dental. The mail ad with a rebate didn't hurt the decision. As soon as I phoned for an appt, I felt cared for by Jacque; and she explain step by step...the x-rays, the cleaning, the dentist exam, got me a quote. The day of my appt, I was put at ease because I didn't have to wait long to start my appt. The explanation step by step all the way was present with the cleaning and fillings I needed. I was impressed that I was kept informed from the time I walked into the office to the time I walked out. I am impressed with the friendly service and would strongly recommend Lorette Dental. Front receptionist, Jackie, was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about individual plans. The hygienist, Kayla was very gentle and thorough and explained tooth care fully. Dr. Ngyuen was also thorough and professional. An all around pleasant experience.

Quality of care was great. In a very comfortable setting. I watched the news while Kayla did her thing. Since I hadn't been to a dentist in years, what I'm sure was a difficult clean. Every one was very friendly from Jackie to Dr. Nguyen. Thanks

Kind and friendly team everyone included receptionist, dentist and dental assistants! Fast and efficient with very little wait times, During my procedure the Dr. And assistant were informative and always concerned about my comfort level. After the appointment I felt relaxed! Highly recommend this dental office!
