Great information provided in a professional manner. Loyalty listened to my needs. Great customer service no matter who I have spoken to. 25 years + with Chemlawn and then through buyout..TrueGreen. Last 3 years my lawns appearance slipped to terrible especially in my back yard. I am not shy and got relief from TruGreen....But, they could not fix. Whatever Loyalty has sprayed, mixed, or applies it is better than what I had. My lawn has never looked better. I am impressed with everything Loyalty has done and ALL at a fair and competitive price. I have lived in the same house for 45 years. Last year I started with Loyalty. My grass has never looked better. Thick and green. We Love walking on it barefooted. The service and techs are wonderful, nice and they answer any of my question . This company is running it like a lawn company should be run. We are so satisfied !! ,!!!! We have been a customer of Loyalty Lawn for many years, and our yard looks amazing because of them. Our grass is lush and literally blows in the wind and is beautifully green! Our yard has drainage issues and other problems, but over the years they have developed an amazing root system for our yard with their scheduled treatments. Always great in customer service if you have a question! Would highly recommend!!

We moved into our new home and our yard was an embarrassing weed infested with scrub grasses and open dirt areas. Our neighbors yard was a beautiful lush green yard and I asked who treated their yard. They said Loyalty and I immediately called Loyalty and they began treating our yard last fall. Now this Spring our yard is a lush thick rich green grass yard that has become so beautiful that my wife and I are absolutely amazed. It is hard to believe the conversing in just one season. We have been happy with the service we receive from Loyalty. The quality of the work performed by Loyalty over our long association has always been good; and while Loyalty's service is not cheap, we believe their prices are reasonable. Loyalty personel are always courteous and are good communicators. They routinely advise when they are coming, and they have been responsive to items we have noted from time to time. They call things to our attention periodically to let us decide if we would like them to perform work above the normal routine.

I find Loyalty Lawn Care to reliably take care of my lawn treatment needs both effectively and in a timely manner. Their treatments took care of a clover infestation and gave me a healthy lawn. I now have a lawn that neighbors compliment me on. Workers are always courteous; with each treatment they leave a summary of what service they provided and comment on any issues they see. They are happy to come back and re-treat any problem areas; this only happened once. Overall I am very pleased with the service and the value.

We contacted Loyalty Lawn on the recommendation of a neighbor. We have been very pleased with the service. The company's personnel is professional - they explain the scope of their services well, do the work as contracted, and are prompt in responding to any questions we might have. I appreciate it that they have agreed to our request to call before come to perform a service so that the yard can be ready. We feel that their service are reasonably priced.

Loyalty Lawn Care does a great job! They treat 6 yards for us and they all look great! There has only been once that we asked them to come back and look at one of the lawns and they were there promptly and retreated the lawn at no charge. Thanks for your responsiveness - great value!

My wife set up the lawn service with Loyalty Lawn one year ago. I was extremely skeptical that their service was going to produce better results than my efforts. I fertilized, I watered, I overseeded in fall, and I was also making a little headway in trying to kill the violets that were spreading on our lawn. Now, it’s a year later. My yard looks so beautiful! So far this Spring I have already had at least (4) people ask me which lawn service company I use. Someone even took the time to leave a note on my front door. Whenever I explain to someone where I live they say, "oh you're the house on the corner with the beautiful yard"... The service rep, Richard, was very polite and courteous. He explained about the application he was doing. Asked if we had any questions. Answered some questions I had about possible aeration and over seeding. Price is comparable with previous service we had been using.

The compamy is very responsive to the needs of my lawn. The important thing is that the company listens to my concerns and addresses the problem areas right away. We have tried several companies before but did not get the responsiveness and effectiveness like we get from you. Caring for the lawn can get very expensive and we want to make sure the results of lawn being cared for are clearly visible. I also appreciate having just one technician care for the lawn so he can also see the effects of the treatments and recommend any additional care/adjustment specific to the lawn. It takes a while to establish a weed-free lawn, but over the years Loyalty has done a fabulous job. There is no pressure for services. And for the first time last year, I had the landscape people do work in my yard. Their suggestions solved all the problems I had. I would hire them in a minute. I am a returning customer every year.

My yard never looked so good! Since we've joined with Loyalty Lawn Care our yard is the talk of the town. The grass is thick, green, and literally feels like a carpet under my feet. The service men are always professional and here within the allotted time frame and we wouldn't have known they were here without the flyer in the grass. This is our 2nd season with Loyalty Lawn care. We are 1 of three in a row on my street have our lawns serviced with them and without a doubt we have the best looking lawn. I tried to do it myself for 29 years and was completely frustrated with my results. Now all I do is cut and trim. The lawn is greener, more lush and thicker than it has ever been. And no weeds! All this and cheaper than when I did all the application.

For several years before contacting Loyalty Lawn Care I used a number of different lawn services. Each one was substandard and provided little, if any, service at all. They were difficult to contact, they did not respond to complaint calls, and they were simply not worth the money I was paying them. Since utilizing Loyalty Lawn Care I have not had one instance where I have been dissatisfied with anything at all. My lawn, and I'm not really all that particular, has never looked better!

The technician is usually here and gone however today we were home and ask him some questions about some bare spots and types of grass in the yard. These grasses were new this year. He took the time to look at them and explain their types. He recommended a soil sample on the bare spot. He was very professional in his. Interaction with my wife and myself. His appearance was neat and clean which. Impressed me along with the way he safely ooperated the equipment on my uneaten lawn. I know people normally complain and not compliment service orginaziations and I felt I needed to complement this young man on his professionalism.
