We have had Loyalty Lawn Care taking care of our lawn for many years. We have had nothing but exceptional service. They not only provide the best products and applications, but they come when I want them to. They always call before they are coming and if for any reason that date doesn't work they reschedule. Our technician Tim is the greatest! He not only applies the products with great care and evenness, but notifies me when he sees a problem that may need a solution before it gets out of control.

Our technician not only maintains the lawn, but takes the time to explain lawn issues and proposed corrective action. The people we have dealt with are true professionals. We continue to be very satisfied with our service from Loyalty Lawn and recommend them whenever we can.

Over the years, I have hired quite a few different lawn companies - none of which I have kept more than a year. I was never pleased enough with my lawn to continue their service more than one season. Once I hired Loyalty Lawn Care, my yard showed immediate improvement. I have been with this company for quite a few years now, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional lawn care company.

I have always found the service reps that take care of our lawn polite, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions that we might have. There is ALWAYS a call stating that they will be out for a treatment the following day. They often try to sell a service, but are never pushy... and ... our lawn currently looks like a million bucks. When I first got Loyalty Lawn to treat my lawn, it looked awful--thin, barespots, brown spots, etc. I had the sales person come and we talked (I had already fired 3 services due to lack of quality, very expensive and not very responsive to problems at all. I asked the sales person what Loyalty did was it granular, did they do pre-emergent, do they do free call backs for weeds that don't die, etc. To my amazement the sales person had all the right answers. But I thought, the proof is in what they do and how they do it. This is the best lawn service I have ever had. They have a really good tech. who makes sure he calls ahead and we talk over our plan of attack. That was about 4 or 5 years ago. Today my lawn is the best in the subdivision--green, thick, lush grass--there's nothing like it. If you're looking for someone who will cure your problems and don't want to put in much effort yourself except to water and cut, these guys are your best bet! I'm still happy I found them!

My lawn has never looked better. I've had other services in the past and have tended to it myself in the past. My neighbors take notice. The turf is now thick and there are no bare spots or weeds.

Over the last year I saw my sons yard go from a clover, dandelion and weed infested mess into a lush weed free beautiful lawn. I asked him and he said he used Loyalty and I called them for some information . They promised to come by the next day to estimate the costs and they showed up on time and left a most reasonable bid behind. Then applied the mix needed to help my dead yard as soon as a few days later. I've noticed within just two weeks the weeds shriveling up and the grass just starting taking over..... I'm extremely satisfied with their promptness, value and knowledge of what to do with my neglected mess off a yard...THANK YOU!!

The lawn was looking very shabby, I called Loyalty and a rep came out and did an inspection and explained what would be done and what to expect. They sent a Tech out and he took care of the application. A week later I had green grass and it was filling out, now it is so green and plush I am just amazed. Very Happy customer! From the first call I made everyone was very helpful and kind, Great job Loyalty!

Loyalty Lawn Care, is without a doubt, the best lawn care service company in the St. Louis area! I have hired two or three other companies over the years to take care of my lawn care needs, and was never satisfied. The technicians at Loyalty Lawn Care are qualified, polite, and have always been able to address any concern I have ever had about my lawn. I appreciate the call a day ahead of time letting me know the approximate time they will arrive the following day. My lawn has never looked as good as it has since Loyalty Lawn Care has been taking care of it for me. Many times I receive compliments on what a beautiful lawn I have - thanks to Loyalty Lawn! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding lawn care company!

I have used Loyalty Lawn for the past 5 years at 2 different homes. My first home's lawn under the care of Loyalty was so beautiful when it was sold and the place I purchased had a lawn that was diseased and badly needed some help. Within the first year with Loyalty's care my new home's lawn was healthy and thriving. Now after two years of service I have the best looking lawn on the block! The staff is always courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The crews and trucks are clean and professional looking. We've been a customer for many years, and we love the way the Service guys always call ahead and knock on the door telling us they are applying their service. If we EVER have an issue Loyalty follows up in a manner that exceeds expectations. We always pay for the entire year's application all at once in November, but usually get grub worm and Nuts edge grass add-ons. We are VERY happy with Loyalty and neighbors on both sides agree, as they are also customers.

When we bought our house, the grass was sparse at best, with a netting showing through underneath. The neighbors told us that the owners had to put sod down every year because the grass would not grow over the compacted clay. We tried our best to bring it back for two years. I noticed our neighbor across the street had a beautiful, lush lawn. I asked her who she used and found out about Loyalty. Tim, our 'tech' is the nicest person. We talked extensively about the issues with the soil, lawn, etc. He assured me, with the right nutrients, aeration and watering schedule, etc., that within a year, we would see a lovely lawn. He was right! Neighbors stop by when they are out on walks and tell us how beautiful the lawn is! I love Loyalty and give my highest recommendation for anyone to use their services.

By the time you purchase all of the things you need for your lawn and apply it at the right time it takes more money and time rather than leaving it to the experts. Our yard looks like carpet. We have referred our neighbors after they stopped to ask what we did to our yard to get it to look the way it does. We always get a call before someone comes out and there are instructions left. We know we are taken care of.

It was one thing to notice your signage everywhere; quite another to see the gorgeous green, healthy results in those lawns. We gave you a try and have been sold on LOYALTY ever since! We have used Loyalty Lawn Care since their company was established. Our yard has always looked the best! The company representatives are all kind and helpful with answering questions as well as giving advice on maintaining a beautiful yard. Loyalty Lawn Care is an all around wonderful company! I get compliments on my lawn all the time because it is so green and lush. I have recommended this company to several neighbors that have admired my lawn as well. Loyalty always calls the day before they plan to come out, to make sure its still ok to do the service. They knock before they start each time as well. On top of their excellent customer service, the quality of their products is far superior to those from other companies I have tried in the past. I have had a fantastic experience with this company since 2007 and plan to be a customer for life. Tom has been our service provider for the past couple of years and has done a fantastic job!
