Very good clinic; professional, clean and timely.

Very clean facility. Staff and doctor nice and helpful.

I found the staff and the facility five star! The staff was very professional, and the facilities very clean. I felt at ease immediately when entering the clinic. The staff greeted me with friendliness and professionalism. I did not have to wait very long. I was treated by Dr. Mark Wade. He was excellent in examining my medical issue. After diagnosing the medical problem he had the nurse give me an injection of an antibiotic. He gave me a prescription to get filled at my pharmacy. The staff called it in so I could immediately pick up the medication. They made an appointment for me to return in three days. I came away feeling very relieved and confident my medical condition would be improved. My experience at Marque Urgent Care was excellent. I would return without hesitation.

Great servise from front staff and DR.

Scheduled an appointment for my Mom who suddenly suffers from dizziness, and vomiting, thru yelp. Showed up at the scheduled time, Lisa checked us in, registration took about 10 minutes. Rita took my mom’s vital signs and list of meds and mom’s chief complaints/symptoms. They were both very nice and easy to talk to. Then in the next 10 minutes from then, Dr. Pollier saw my mom, and examined her. He was very polite and knowledgeable, my mom fell in love with him hehe, I think that made her feel better. The facility is very clean and organized from the front to back offices, even their bathrooms. For someone who is visiting the country and does not have insurance, it is also affordable, to see a doctor and get prescription. I will definitely refer my family and friends here should it needed.

Front staff was friendly and helpful with filling in forms on iPad. Facility was clean. I was seen by the doctor within a few minutes. I felt he took his time to properly diagnose my condition and prescribe appropriate medications. I am a return customer because I have been happy with the service and cleanliness of facility on all previous occasions not to mention the short wait times I have experienced and appreciate.

We were on vacation and ended up going to Marque urgent care due to my sons hand needing attention. The quality of care from the physicians and staff were excellent. Everyone in the clinic was very friendly and helpful. We honestly felt they had our sons best interest in mind. The timeliness of service was descent and the facility was very clean. We were very stasified and grateful for the attention we received at Marque urgent care especially for not being from the area and not knowing where to go. Thank you to all the staff at Marque urgent care!

The office was clean and kept up. Everyone was polite and friendly, and I felt well cared for. I liked that I was able to make an appointment online and was able to be seen quickly. Thank you for all that you do!

I was visiting from out of town and was referred to your location for a chest X-ray. I was thrilled with how quickly you got me in, triaged, seen by doctor, and diagnosed/given RX. What piece of mind I had on my trip! Thank you so much.

It’s always clean...hardly any waiting time. You actually see a doctor not just a P.A. They check everything...we are never going to another Urgent Care. Plus all the staff if welcoming, helpful and nice.

Excellent patient and doctor connection. They are personable and you actually feel so cared for. You don’t feel like you’re being rushed so, they can see more patients. We have completely changed urgent care to Marquee now. From the receptionist to nurse to doctor, excellent customer service!! We’ve already recommended a few of our friends to the Buena Park location and they love it too.

Called and showed up within minutes. I had an excruciating pain in my right ear. Saw the doc which was very prompt and very helpful. They are very nice, polight and very thorough! I arrived at 7:30ish and was out within the hour.. I still have a bit of pain considering it's in it's first stages still but I am greatfful it definitely doesn't hurt as bad and I might Ctually be ready to lay down. I will not continue with any other offices. I think I found a lifer! Thank you! Definitely recommend.
