This was my first time using a medical provider in the US as I’m from Canada. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionist to the medical staff. I really appreciated their assistance with dealing with my insurance provider and dealing with the billing. The doctor was also very helpful with offering treatment options. I’d highly recommend the Buena Park clinic for local residents and visitors. Thank you!

The physician (Dr. Sean Pennwell) and staff were absolutely professional, caring and helpful. I came when the center just opened at 7:00 and was the only patient. Actually I was 5 minutes early and they happily let me in! The new facility is perfectly clean and professional.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS REALLY NICE REALLY HELPFUL, OFFERED WATER AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I WENT BACK THE VERY NEXT MORNING BECAUSE I WAS NOT FEELING BETTER AND THE DOCTOR TOOK THE TIME TO REALLY LOOK INTO MY CONDITION AND CHANGED MY PRESCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY, WHICH MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. Top notch office staff and Dr Penwell was excellent. He unhurriedly listened and made sure of his diagnosis, then communicated his plan of action, including possible options. It's almost shocking that you can walk in and receive attention immediately! There was even plenty of parking. Besides all that, the spotlessly clean and uncluttered environment is comforting and reassuring. Keep up the great work folks. We hope we don't have to come back, but if we do, it will definitely be here!

I've had a good experience with staff and Dr.'s. The place looks nice and clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Waiting time has been awesome!!!! (no waiting time) Dr.'s very nice and their quality of care from Dr.'s has been great. They take their time to dx the pt and hx.

I would like to say that my first visit to your medical building was very nice, I was the first patient yesterday and they they call me into the medical room and then the nurse came in , then the Doctor came in right after that, all of this with no wait, that is what you call very good service. Very nice, clean looking place with friendly staff. I did not have to wait long at all to see a doctor. The doctor prescribed me the right kinds of antibiotics for the condition I had and I feel great now.

Excellent care from the time I stepped thru the door. Office staff was professional and helpful. Clinic nurse made me fell comfortable. Dr. Kiskila was through and arrived at a quick diagnoses while asking for my input. Tests run and medication obtained on site and out the door in about an hour. Saved a vacation. Facility very clean and modern. I would recommend to any searching very an Urgent Care in the Cypress and surrounding areas

I thought the facility was very clean and organized. I didn't have a long waiting time and the nurse and doctor showed a lot of care and consideration with my symptoms. I left with some antibiotics and a doctor's referral note in case the meds don't work. I feel like all bases were covered to try to help my ailment and I appreciated it.

The font desk is very helpful and very clean friendly staff and the doctor is very nice and he know what his doing. A very quick service.I'm very impressed with this facility the treatment that I've got I don't get it from other facility. They will just give me the antibiotic that's it. I highly recommend this facility. And also they open from 7am to 10pm .

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. We were on vacation when my son became ill and we were not familiar with the area. The facility was easy to find and was easily accessible. There was no wait time and we were able to get in and out very quickly. They even had the medication available, which eliminated a visit to the pharmacy. Our experience was truly wonderful and the doctor was very thorough. We are now home and my son is on the mend. Thank you for being there for us!

This is an absolutely awesome Urgent Care. They spoke to me right away they helped me with my issue. The front staff is absolutely friendly. Nurse Carrington never once rushed me and listened to everything that was wrong with me. Doctor Kiskila was very helpful and kind. He listened to me and made sure that he covered all of my questions. Doctor explained everything that could have been wrong with me and gave me a prescription that helped me. This is my new urgent care I'm so happy to have them in the neighborhood.

I had an extremely positive experience at Marque Medical. The staff was very helpful and explained everything they were doing during my visit. I am not from Buena Park and just recently moved here from Louisiana, so I do not have a PCP yet. Dr. Kiskila had a wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. He even took the time to get to know me and asked about Louisiana life. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. I would recommend Marque Medical to others, especially since the wait time was not long either. I was in an out in about an hour.
