Upfront, I strongly recommend Dr. Choby for Endodontic treatment based on my recent experience. She performed my first root canal procedure as I had a rear upper molar that had become extremely sensitive to temperature and pressure. She and her assistant (Kat) provided exceptional quality of care from start to finish. They made it convenient and easy to establish a new patient account, including the dental insurance pre-approval. Kat provided reminders as my appointment date approached. She included COVID instructions to ensure everybody stayed safe. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Choby introduced herself and provided reassurance before proceeding to the dental chair where she checked the suspected tooth needing repair. This was a critical step as I had identified the wrong tooth . . . it was actually one further back. To make sure, she conducted hot, cold and pressure checks on teeth in the area to get the right one. Once identified, she numbed the area and started the process. Along the way she explained what she was doing and seeing, which was comforting to know how the process was proceeding while she was drilling/filling the roots. I had no pain during the entire procedure. When finished, she put on a temporary filling so the tooth would be protected until my regular dentist could install a permanent filling. Prior to my office departure, Kat provided me with written instructions for post-op care, then followed up with a phone call on the next day to ensure I was OK. The billing and insurance process came out as expected so the early coordination was perfect. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Choby and Kat because of their exceptional experience and quality of care/service.

Incredibly informative both before, during, and after the root canal. Also were very flexible and able to perform the root canal immediately rather than require me to revisit the office.

Mary Anne and staff were welcoming and accommodating in an urgent situation and in these times of COVID pandemic going to the dentist office is were most would like to visit. They made me feel safe, gave quality care and instructions. They were professional and warm. I am keeping this office in my favorites and will share with others in need.

Staff at Dr. Choby's office was very professional, helpful and friendly. I was in pain before the procedure, so was relieved to get an appointment at the earliest. Dr. Choby is very skilled, gentle and she was sensitive to my comfort and needs. Surprisingly, I did not feel any pain during or after the procedure and needed no pain meds. I was charged the co-pay I had been quoted, which was exactly what my insurance told me I should expect to pay. (This was not so with another dental office I had considered). Very pleased with Dr. Choby's integrity, skill and concern for her patients. I recommend her very highly.

Dr. Choby, Provided on time, quality care for my root canal. She had the most up to date technology and care. I felt completely comfortable as she explained everything she was doing. She took me right on schedule and was very friendly.

Office was conveniently located. After filling out required forms for a new patient, I was attended to almost immediately. After an initial examination (using images forwarded to her my my regular dentist), the doctor explained clearly the nature of the problem and treatment options.
