I give Maupin & Brown Dentistry the highest rating I can imagine for "Quality of Care, Comfort, Convenience, and in my first encounter with them... accommodation and insight. My sister recommended Dr. Maupin because she thought he was wonderful! I called to make an appointment because I had a throbbing toothache and obvious infection. The very next day I met with Dr. Paul Maupin and he analyzed the problem, suggested my options, and gently and patiently extracted a very mean tooth! He is definitely a wonderful dentist. PLUS, the office staff were all friendly and helpful and the equipment is "state of the art". "My appointment was at 9:00 am and I left the office shortly after 10:00. All I can say is "Thank you God for Dr. Paul"!

Its always strictly business, in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Paul always makes sure I am comfortable during any procedure. Maupin & Brown is just a good dentist office to go to knowing what dentistry is about(usually painful or uncomfortable).

I have been with my hygienist for a great number of years. She is always cordial, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and Great! I actually look forward to my appointments with her! My next appointment is with Dr. Maupin for an eval on another implant, I also look forward to seeing him again as well. all-around great place to go to keep my teeth IN my mouth, and receive the care I need!

I was treated respectively and my visits were virtually painless. I live in Ruidoso an hour and half away, so convience isn't applicable but it is worth the drive. I will recommend Dr. Msupin to everyone. I only met Dr Brown once but he also has a great reputstion and I wouldn't hesitate you let him work on my teeth as well.

You are dentist number three that I have tried since moving to Roswell and I had about given up, leaving my last dentist after my jaw was out of place for several weeks. The dental hygienist who worked me was kind and professional and reminded me of how much I used to enjoy going to the dentist. My interactions with all the staff from start to finish were positive and I look forward to returning in 6 months!

Great experience from first call to schedule throughout the procedure. The entire staff is super friendly , and not in a put on manner either, just like going to see friends . Someone who you have known for some time. They make you feel at ease , comfortable, they come and get you when it is your turn . Take you into the torture room , strap you down , only kidding, the rooms are very comfortable , the attendant then gets you ready , still just like next door neighbors , the whole experience is great . I highly recommend them to everyone I know and many that I don't . I will continue to. Thanks for being you!

They have always been very helpful and get me an appointment quickly when I've had any problems. They are super nice and friendly. I was nervous because I'd had the same dentist for 45 years and didn't know what to expect with a new one. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I have re om mended this office to friends.

My dental hygienist was very friendly, efficient and professional. She calls me by name and remembers my family and makes me feel special as a patient. Dr. Paul did his exam quickly, but thorough, not suggesting any unnecessary procedures. I'm very happy to be a patient at Maupin and Brown!

The staff is pleasant, courteous, and friendly. They are also professional and highly competent. The facility is state-of-the-art. The setup of smart phone text reminders is appreciated. I could be wrong, but it seems that they even serve some coffee and water in the waiting room (who does that in Roswell?). Currently, I'm extremely thankful I've been able to experience and afford their excellent care to date.
