Great. Hygentist was caring and gentle.

My experience at Maupin and Brown has always been pleasant and I'm not a person who loves to go to the dentist. So far over the past three years I have gone every six months to get my teeth cleaned, and the hygienist, Julie, is extra gentle, but through. Dr. Maupin checks my x-rays and my teeth every other time and I trust him and Julie to keep my teeth in good condition or to take care of any problems that may arise. I have recommended many people to this office whenever they inquire about the need for dental care. In addition to the above, their new office is beautiful and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

Customer service is great from the receptionist, the hygienist, the dental assistant, and the dentist. I appreciate the email reminders. I especially like that every effort is made to get you scheduled if a situation arises. The facility is very nice and it makes the process very comfortable. I appreciate that I am getting a very personal service every time I go.

Dr. Paul creatively found a solution to a crown that had come off. Since I've had extensive surgery and there is very limited access to work, he had to find a way to make it work, and he did! The staff is very helpful and courteous, and Dr. Paul is an excellent dentist.

Dr.Maupin has been the best Dentist I have ever met. The care that I was given was unbelievable, his staff was so nice and caring. I went through a very intense procedure that required the extraction of most of my teeth. It was the reason that I had the implant surgery but everyone at Maupin & Brown Dentistry were so professional in keeping the whole procedure painless. The pain was never an issue, it was like the hands of god were guiding his to keep me from feeling any pain, he was very gentle and would ask me if there was any pain as we went along. I am very happy that I can smile again. Thanks to Dr. Maupin I can eat anything that I want to eat and I can smile with pride at everyone. I have received many, many compliments on my smile from everyone I meet. I recommend Dr.Maupin to anyone who is considering having Dental Implant surgery in the future. He is the best by far.

My ongoing experience has been very rewarding to me so far. I love everyone there because they are very caring and very pleasant. The atmosphere there is very relaxing and calm. I am always very nervous and sometimes even anxious about going to a dentist but my experience after my first visit to Maupin and Brown was the feeling of being very please and happy about the fact that I chose them to take care of my teeth.
