It has been my experience that Dr. Mayette provides the most professional attention and care to his patients. He is very clear and precise regarding my dental problem(s) and the procedures of my treatment plan. Dr. Mayette establishes a very caring, personal, and supportive rapport with his patients. He truly listens, and his empathy helps to alleviate my fears and anxiety. I feel he is genuinely invested in my best dental health, and I have complete trust and confidence in him.

Dr. Burke and her staff are top notch, extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and I've never had to wait any length of time in the waiting room.

Mayette family dentistry always strives to ensure their patients are made at home. Every experience has been great, better than any other dentistry I have been to. I never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist, that was until Mayatte family dentist. Everyone is friendly and really makes you feel at ease. They really do seem more like family, or a great friend, rather than the dreaded dental staff I have experienced at other places. I look forward to my visit to their office. I always know I am in good hands and will be happy with my experience. Mayatte family dentist will be my recommendation to anyone looking for a new dental provider. I honestly may travel great distances when I move just to continue using them. You guys rock my plaque off!

Staff is always friendly and very knowledgable. Dr Mayette takes time to talk with you and never seems in a hurry to move on quickly to another patient he gives each patient quality time. He is very qualified and keeps up with continuing education on new procedures. I would recommend to anyone and them 5 stars.

I am one of those people who cringe when I hear the word dentist. I have had just about any procedure done to me by dentists, orthodontists, and surgeons one could possibly think of! I have had some pretty horrible experiences! I finally just quit going due to my fear. HOWEVER, I now see Dr. Mayatte every six months. From the minute you open the door, you will not be in a traditional dentist office. It will feel like you have stopped by to "catch up" with your friends. The office has a comfortable feel - soothing colors, music, and aromas. Every employee makes you feel as though you are the only patient there at that time. They truly get to know their patients and are concerned about not only their dental visit but also their personal lives. I have never received anything but the best of care, the highest quality of work, and the feeling upon departure that they were concerned for me and my comfort. They know how anxious I am about dental visits and do everything possible to minimize my anxiety. I am so thankful I found a wonderful dentist and compassionate people that I call friends.

Form the time you check in you are made to feel comfortable. Teresa talks to me and tells me everything she is doing & makes sure I am alright. Dr Mayatte takes his time to talk & listen to me & never makes me feel like he is in a hurry. When making another appointment, Carolyn always asks if the date & time are good for me instead of just making one & getting me out the door. I don't feel like just another patient and that means a lot. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office.

As one that is most anxious when it comes to the dentist, this office has gone well above and beyond the call to ensure that I am constantly informed, continuously reassured, and most importantly as comfortable as possible. They ensure that the patient is in total control of the procedures and can stop, pause, and just have a chance to compose myself when those times arise. The girls in the office are very compassionate, caring, and competent. The billing is the easiest step of all, as your care plan will never come as a surprise, it is detailed, and you know exactly what all cost are prior to the procedure. There has never been an oversight, or unexpected charge. I would strongly recommend this office, but don't take my word for it, try them and see what true customer service is all about, yes it's still alive right here in Brandon Mississippi at Mayette Family Dentistry.

Painless, stress free, I actually dozed off while having a corrective work done. Also, I might add friendly, courteous and professional.

I had a great experience! Scheduling and check out was very easy. My dental hygentist did a great job cleaning my teeth. She took the extra time to explain the proper flossing techniques. She was very knowledgeable answering all my questions.Dr. Mayatte was on time and did a thorough exam on my mouth. All of his staff are very friendly! I highly reccomend this dental clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist
