I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sal and his team. They completed my procedure with no difficulty and I felt minimal pain. They were very flexible with appointment times an overall, they were a very kind and friendly team. I would highly recommend Dr. Sal.

I never cared much for dentist but immediately meeting DrSal I knew this is where I would have my implants done. Dr Sal and everyone in the office were caring personable and very professional . The procedure was perfect and now getting my permanent teeth Dr Sal went out of his way to make my new smile absolutely perfect . After suffering with a horrible smile for years I now look and feel like a new person. Thank you Dr Sal and his team for my fabulous smile.

Some years back,I had and a front teeth repair that needed attention. It held for quite sometime. Longer than Dr Sal anticipated for sure. And that fix came to an abrupt end. So I had to get to Dr Sal immediately. My choice for me, was an upper arch. Upon my arrival, Dr Sal and his team were ready. I was surprised that it was a one day operation to get post in and my temporary arch put in.Amazing! After about 3 weeks of healing, I was ready for my new arch. And I could not be more happy. It's been some time since I've had teeth this nice. I was incredibly happy with the results. The professionalism of Dr Sal is top notch!! I highly recommend Him and his amazing team!! Dr. Sal and his staff all make you feel very comfortable and at home. There’s never any doubt about the quality of care. It is OUTSTANDING! They continually explained the procedure as they worked on me, and asked questions to make sure you I was comfortable. I never felt any pain throughout the whole procedure, and my new tooth is a great success.

Dr. Sal settled my fears and my concerns in less than 6 weeks. I'm very happy and satisfied. In my appreciation I've created a new slogan: "Don't waste time, Go see Dr. Sal in Ashland." My crowned tooth broke! After many estimates and very discouraged I went to see Dr. Sal. The summary to my character assessment follows: My dental troubles are indepth and diverse but my desires were specific. Dr. Sal was not intimidated rather he was certain, positive and gentle. His confidence level was determined and committed. He immediately created a plan which we agreed on and I recognized much courage was required. Dr. Sal was cautious that I did not become fearful of pain due to procedures. Dr. Sal does not know that his compassion and humility are noticeable and greatly appreciated. Nuarch is Dr. Sals' playground. Nuarch is a state of the art dental center and renders Dr' Sal very well prepared for any dental procedure required. I was holistically very impressed and grateful. This office would provide my care and the dental professional was equally magnificent. Further, Dr. Sals' Staff are skilled and trained by himself. Dr. Sal takes every opportunity to cross train every assistant. In the time span of my treatment I met all staff members and I became impressed again. Their skills are impressive as they overlap with each others and can assist Dr. Sal in ways that I felt secure. Of utmost importance is Dr. Sals' business/office manager Spouse. She's incredible. For such a beautiful and meek person she is dynamic. Dr. Sal has a large beautiful family that he magnificently provides for and which are fortunate. These children have bright futures. Dr. Sal gives new meaning to Performing Arts.

Quality of care was top notch very professional, from the first phone call i felt very comfortable after the consultation i felt completely comfortable. knowing i was going to have conscious sedation my fears were completely relieved. Being an R.N. i could see all the appropriate monitoring equipment was present. I was very comfortable during the whole procedure i had no idea 4 plus hours had passed and the first and most difficult parts of the process was over I come home with a full set of temporary teeth able to eat just waiting for some healing of the gum line to occur. I needed only a couple of tylenol later that day. After years of suffering with terrible teeth from an old accident i was well on my way to a perfect mouth full of complete fully functioning teeth for the first time in 25 yrs. thank you Dr.Sal and your entire staff

Let me say, if you are looking for a professional team that works together and knows what they are doing and do it well... Stop looking and set up a visit with Dr. Sal and his team. I recently my final "forever" full set of permanent implants from Dr. Sal, 1/2024. I started the process in September 2023 and felt well informed and well cared for every step of the way. From the initial assessment to the recent visit. I must say that I'd had quite a bit of dental work over the years, and yes, plenty of pain and concerns as well. I am and was pleasantly surprised how simple, comfortable, welcoming and thorough the whole process was. I can honestly say that I had less pain thru the whole process, start to finish than having a simple filling replace. For all the work that was done, the quality of the implants and all the high-tech used for the process, it is more than well worth the cost. I checked several full-mouth implant locations and as soon as I walked in the door at Dr. Sal's, it felt like this is where I was meant to be... and so should you! I have been visiting this office since my previous dentist retired, about 20-years ago. During that period, in addition to the routine care, I have had five crowns and a root canal performed. Dr. Alptekim and his staff are excellent. They are very responsive in responding to emergencies, and very kind and caring. They understand that dental work can be uncomfortable and a source of stress and work hard to make it as easy as possible. Dr. Alptekim is highly skilled and meticulous in his work, and I have great confidence in his level of care. The practice keeps up to date with the latest in technology, from imaging systems to lasers. And the office is very clean and well maintained. Dr. Alptekim is pro-active, advising the patient on teeth that could cause an issue down the road. This can allow for preemptive work to be performed which might save a tooth and avoid a more expensive procedure. I am very satisfied with the care that I have received and I recommend this practice.

I have been attending this dental office since its opening in Ashland. I have found that Doctor Sal is very skillful, one of the best dentists that have treated me. Any advances in his profession to insure that his patients receive the best care available are on display in his office by way of his expertise and his staffs’ skill level. The quality of care he and his staff provide their patients is excellent. The support staff is albeit mostly young, but they are well trained as is obvious from their knowledge and their attention of care to the patients. The office is buzzing with staff attending to patients, meeting all of their dental needs as well as exhibiting the necessary compassion and understanding for each individual patient who may be apprehensive about a visit to the dentist, I strongly recommend Metrowest Dental of Ashland for all of your oral hygiene needs.

The dentist I’ve had for many years had a recent health problem. I called Metro West Dental on a Thursday for a broken tooth and was given an appointment first thing on Monday. The office is clean and bright. The equipment is state of the art. most importantly you can not tell which tooth was repaired. The color and profile are identical.
