Dr Clarke made me feel very comfortable from the initial onset. He was very detailed in his presentation of the treatment required and explained in detail the risks involved. The extraction of the tooth being treated was pain free and & I did not know the tooth was removed until I asked. Dr Clarke's demeanor & pleasing personality made this a very non-traumatic event

Dr. Clark and his staff expressed their concern that my confort is foremost before beginning any procedures. The quality of care was of utmost professionalism. Dr. Clark explained in detail was happening throught the tratment.

Dr. Clarke was very inviting and grateful that we choose his establishment for a consultation. He also thoroughly informed us about our particular procedure which put us at ease and left us with very little questions.

I was kind of scared, because of the title, "oral surgeon", but Dr. Clarke explained the procedure he was going to do and carefully explained what may happen other than the ordinary procedure which really put me at ease. His tone of voice was very soothing and he explained every step as to what was occuring during the procedure. This really put me at ease. His receptionist was very professional and helped to put me at ease. His office was super neat and clean. His dental assistant was also very polite and had a very soothing voice. She was very professional and courteous like the receptionist. The view from his window also helped. It helped make me feel very relaxed. I have spoken to many of my friends and told them of my experience and referred Dr. Clarke to them if they ever are in need of an oral surgeon. What really impressed me the most was the fact that Dr. Clarke took the time to call me during the evening to check on how I was feeling. No doctor or other dentists every did that. He made the effort to call. Wow!!! I was very blown away by his kind comforting gesture. It shows how much he cares for his patients. Thank you so very much for your kindness and for being caring. We need more people in the medical field as well as dental field to just take the moment to care. We are not just a medical number. We are people. Thank you very much once again and I do hope that when I do need another surgery (oral), I will ask for you.

I am nine years old and Dr. Clarke has extracted six of my baby teeth that refused to come out on its own. He is very quick at getting me numb and pulling out the teeth, which is why I refer people to him. My Mom says, because of Dr. Clarke's experience, my recovery is not so traumatic. I have to extract more teeth in the Fall and only want Dr. Clarke to do it.

Dr. Clarke is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice. He took the time to sit with me and go over all the ex-rays and procedures that were best suited for my individual case. His gentle manner of speaking was very comforting and made me feel calm even though my procedure was painful. He constantly spoke to me, telling me what he was doing, asked how I was feeling, and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He genuinely cares about his patient’s welfare and treated me like part of his `ohana (Family). While living in the islands, he has really taken on the Hawaiian Value of being PONO (righteous in his practice) and more importantly the Value of ALOHA. I would recommend Dr. Clarke to anyone in a heartbeat.

Very informative, friendly & best dentist!!!

When my family dentist informed me that I would need an oral surgeon for five extractions, panic set in. To get an estimate, I took my xrays to Dr. Clarkes office and learned that my xrays were incomplete. His staff immediately took a full mouth xray which showed a sixth extraction was needed. I was seen very promptly and was offered a local or general anesthesia. I opted for the local as the staff said I could drive myself home. When I say the only thing I felt was the injections I am being 100% honest. I did not feel even one of the extractions. In fact, when Dr. Clarke said "we were done" I questioned him and made him confirm that all six were out. What made this experience even more positive was that through out the entire procedure Dr. Clarke would be telling what to expect, i.e, "You may hear this tooth crack and that's not a problem" or "The dental tool may slip on this tooth so don't be alarmed". Neither thing happened but I surely appreciated him telling me ahead of time. It's only been five days but I have recommended Dr. Clarke to atleast five people and will continue to. Oh, Dr. Clarke left a message on my phone the night of my appointment to see that I was ok. When I returned the call, on a Saturday, he actually answered. No recording, no service, no voicemail just him. I am blown away!

My two teenagers had their wisdom teeth extraction surgeries done by Dr. Michael Clarke. Dr. Clarke kindly explained the procedure and answered all my questions regarding their dental care options. He is absolutely knowledgeable on his specialty. His staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the service we received and I intend on recommending him to my friends and family.

My experience with Dr. Clarke and his staff was a good one. My initial consultation went very smooth and I felt I was given great care as well as a good idea of what to expect. I needed to have wisdom teeth removed and after getting the x-rays done Dr. Clarke did a thorough job of explaining my situation. He gave me my options, his recommendation and let me make the final decision on which way to proceed. The day of the procedure his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The procedure went well and I was very pleased with the care they took to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Also, it was very thoughtful of Dr. Clarke to give me a follow up call the day after the procedure to see how I was feeling and answer any questions that I might have. I felt that Dr. Clarke and his staff were very professional and capable of doing the best job. I would recommend Dr. Clarke for anybody with dental procedure needs.

Based on very complex oral surgery which Dr. Clarke performed flawlessly I am convinced that he is definitely the very best oral surgeon I have ever encountered.

Dr. Clarke performed an extraction, a first for me. Dr. Clarke made sure before the procedure that I knew what he would be doing and what I should expect. During the procedure Dr. Clarke continuously kept me informed. He would tell me what instruments he would be using, and what sounds I would be hearing and sensations I would be feeling. This was very effective in minimizing anxiety. Overall, my experience was very good.
