Everything about two recent services was excellent. One was a major repair to a Bosch dishwasher and the other was a repair to a microwave oven. Both were accomplished expertly. It was easy to get an appointment and the costs were reasonable. This is the only company I would call for an appliance repair. Very skilled and knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend Mid-America Service!

Great worker very professional

We have been well pleased with the service from Mid America. Our problem has been, and remains, a problem with the quality (cosmetic) of a part on our Bosch slide-in induction range. We will certainly use Mid America for service and appreciate the courteous and knowledgeable technicians who have come to our home.

The tech Bobby did a great job of putting in the new parts and explaining what we wanted to know about this washing machine. I would definitely have him back again for any service that we might need in the future

The Mid America service technician was prompt and courteous; however, the clicking noise is still there when the compressor fires up. It is coming from the inside of the back of the refrigerator. The technician removed the ice maker copper tubing from the back thinking that this might be the cause of the clicking, but it was not. After the technician left, the valve in the wall where the copper tubing was hooked to began a slow leak. So, I had to call a plumber to fix the problem before it became a serious water leak. All in all, I wish I had just left the noise problem alone because it was expensive to fix the leak---and the leak was not the original problem. So, I am left with a new Frigidaire refrigerator that is not doing its duty quietly. It has to be an internal problem, but the Frigidaire company apparently does not care to address it.

Service man came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and promptly came out to repair. As opposed to other companies, no misdiagnosis, no parts delay, no problems with repair. Simple and straightforward. The service person was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend Mid America Service for appliance repair!

The repair person was on time, called ahead to say he was on the way and polite. He seemed knowledgeable on the oven type. The cost seemed reasonable to me and the repair person gave me the cost prior to coming back with the part.

Mid America Service is superb. They are very responsive, the technicians are highly skilled and experienced, and the cost is reasonable. I would never call another service for any of our appliances because Mid-America is always the best. I feel very confident when I have a problem or repair that Mid-America can fix it, regardless of the complexity.
